I have 145,000 miles and the engine is still running strong. I have some minor problems with the tranny ( I hope) but its still getting down the road.
(Thanks to f150online and the members of this board I can keep it that way. This is the best information I have found for ford trucks. ) )

Thumbs up 100K and still happy

I have 132K on my 2000 Lariat. I have not had any major problems. Change fluids in drive train as directed. Here recently I have noticed the truck does not have the spunk it used to. I will get to the bottom of this and report back.

I will turn 155,000 miles this weekend on my 2001 SuperCrew.
On my third transmission, which is a function of the slippery hills I have to deal with at work. It is also a function of poor rebuilds that only last as long as the warranty is good. Even AAMCO went on the cheap and reused parts that were no good.
Since it is a company vehicle I have left most of it stock except for two switches in the dash that control warning beacons.
4.6 & AT with OD
Oil changed religiously every 5,000 miles
16.5 mpg due to a rearen set up for towing.
#1 cylinder coil burned at 150K
Third set of tires and need new ones in about 10K (Generals)
No rust yet but the nimrods at Leonard who installed the bedliner 125 miles used SELFTAPPING SCREWS to hold down the liner so I'm just waiting for the brown stuff top show up at the tailgate lip

1998 F150 5.4 4x4 - I am currently at 131000 with no major problems. I am currently suffering from power loss at low rpm >2500. i have a post out there to find out the problem. i have been debating on changing out all the fuel injectors and cops - but money is the driving factor!!!

Mine is a 94, 6 cylinder with 187,000+ miles on it. Did Have the rear main seal sleeved and replaced about 100,000 miles ago. Replaced tensioner pulley, and that is about it, besides normal stuff like oil changes and tires. Have been very happy with it.

282,000 and going strong

I have a 1997 4.6 F-150 supercrew with 282,000 miles so far. The only work I've done is replaced a leaky radiator, tune ups- (2ea), brake job (3ea), replaced the alternator and rearend bearings.

It does not use or drip oil between oil changes (every 5,000 mi). I was a dead-set Chevy man because of my past racing history, but I have to admit, this truck has made me a firm believer in the F-150's. I still average about 100 miles a day in it and see no end in sight!

My uncle has around 200k on his '97 F-150... just had to replace the trans a few thousand miles ago, but that truck has seen some serious abuse (towing 10k loads on backroads).

It convinced me to get my truck (only has 58k on it right now).
