2.9L 4x4 194,000 miles. Last 20K mostly offroad pulling out jeeps, hondas, and romping through mud and creeks.

 

My 98 5.4 is still running strong at 145,000 miles. Bought it with 130,000, and cleaned it up a lot. Previous owner towed, and smoked. But now it's a prize. When I was looking to buy one of the 97-03 F-150's I noticed a lot selling with 250,000 miles or more, and still with no problems.

 

97 4X4 119,000 on the old girl. She aint the prettiest belle at the ball but she still turns a head or two.

 

I have 2 trucks.
1994 F150 enforcer - 328,000km (204,000mi)
1993 F150 supercab XL - 178,000mi

Both are standard and both have the 300 I6 engines. Neither one burns a drop of oil.

Waited a long time to post in this thread and almost forgot.

100,027 miles in 8 years and 1 month.

No issues.
I can't believe it has the OEM battery and not a single bulb has gone out.

 

112k on my 98. Replaced Balljoints, water pump, and a CV axel, but she still runs strong! The water pump was an issue for almost a year before I figured it out... Tough truck!

 

My 97 F-150 4x4 with the 4.6 just went over the 100,000 mile mark and I have no major issues to report

The truck has been solid and reliable. Sure I'd like more power, sure I'd like the "new truck" smell, sure I'd like the redesigned cabin but it's hard to part with a vehicle that only costs me maintenance and the odd minor repair. She still even looks pretty darn good when she's all cleaned up, due to the lack of rust or body damage

 

165,000 miles using 5W30 oil. going strong- uses less than 1/2 qt. in 4000-6000 OC intervals

 

2001 5.4l Screw just turned 104,000 todays

 

197,000. Pretty soon it will be the 200K club.

 

82000 on an 02. Ill be there soon enough! This thing runs like a top!

 

I just purchased a 2001 5.4L last week and it has 121,800 on it. I'm hoping she'll last to 200k!

i juss bought one with 114000 , very minor work had to be done, and its been to arkansas, arizona n now new york deff a strong truck. 1998 2dr, shrt bed flareside, 4.2l. and 2day it has 118000
