My '02 Lariat 5.4L just hit 100K. Still as strong as ever! I would like to run her to 200K before looking for another rig.

hell i have a 95 f250 4x4 supercab, longbed with a 351w and a 5spd manual tranny. my baby has 299,343 miles and the only thing i had to replace was some hoses from dry rott, and the auto locking hubs to manual, other than the fluids and mods, you couldnt pay me enough for her.

i also have an 89 f150 4x4 standardcab, swb 5.0 5spd manual tranny and the tranny went out due to the kid that owned it before me and i just replaced the igintion control module and ignition coil, she has 168,554 other than that runs like a brand new caddy.

Hi guys...
I'm at 113,000 and going strong. My truck drives nearly as tight as it did when it was new. I"m going for 200,000! I still love my truck, though I'm tempted every time I see a new diesel. Gotta stay away from those dealerships. lol
Later,
Mooner

Just turned over 100,000 yesterday , runs better than it did from stock, thanks to my Troyer tune. I'm buying a new 08 F-350 Diesel , but I am going to keep my 01 F-150 around for another 100,000 as my daily driver.

1998 F-150 XLT, 4x4, 4.6 stock.

144,000 and it has minor engine problems as of a few threads down from here.

Here it is in happier times last christmas getting christmas trees plying through a few miles in 2 feet of unplowed snow.

168,000 Just Bought her lastnight

I just bought a 2001 f-150 xlt subercab off-road addition and joined your fourm today.

It seems to run great - as I posted today - slight engine miss. The previous owner siad changed the Amsiol every 25K

He gave me two gallons of amsiol, I think it is 5w-40.

She sure is a bautiful truck.

200k+

I have 202K miles on my '01 5.4 sc. This truck has been exceptional in performance and reliability. I have changed sparkplugs several times, done several brake jobs, changed a few front end components, but everything else on the truck and engine is original, ie, driveshaft, trans, calipers, coils, alternator,starter,a/c,even the hoses and belt are original!

I do change the engine oil every 3k or so, and trans oil/filter every 30K or so.

Only 115,000 Mi. on my 1991, but it runs like the day I bought it. Only thing I've ever done is new shocks, brakes, Serpentene belt, and a radiator. And oil & filter changes every 2,000. Bill T.

170,000 Still Runs Like New

170,000 and still runs like new. Its almost a waste of time to check oil between changes -less tha 1/2 quart between changes every 4000 miles.

Likes like new except for a slight fender ding- helping Jr. set up for his wedding in a park- got in real close with a load of chairs down a side walk with foot high walls and monuments- seems my ground guid guided me into a little wall.
