I know I'm not as big as some of you guys, but as you get older, the weight really becomes a problem. Here I am last month on Roan Mt. in Tenn.

6' 195 lbs.

Aiming for 175 or 180 by late summer.

I posted the Roan Mt. picture specifically with you in mind. I remember the terrible time you had getting out of rehab after Joe posted the nipple rings and I posted the spandex.

I tried to find the thread that started the comparison picture of you and ole' whatzhis name. I remember he was some kind of crook, maybe in county government, embezzler or something like that.....

RR, not ignoring your comments, just filing them away for later reprisal.

I figured out the secret to not eating too much last night at dinner... too much cayenne pepper, I could barely down one helping and had to drink a lot of water with it.

Week 1 results & update: 14.6 POUND LOSS

As I said in the OP, I will post the results after each week is completed and have chosen Fri as my day.

I'm on a medically supervised diet / weight loss program, as well as training 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) with 1 hour of cardio and a few laps in the pool.

Friday January 14th = Start date / weight was 333.0 pounds
Friday January 21 = 318.4 pounds

How do I feel?

I havnt felt this frikkin good in I can't remember when.
The cardio training is the key (IMHO)
I find myself thinking about the gym when I',m at home, and look forward to it the next day.

I wake up feeling clear minded, refreshed, and my energy seems like it's really been boosted.

I know it's only been one week so far, but if this is any indication on what I can expect, them I can't wait.

Hope you guys are having some good results too. Post em up.

Regards

Habibi - Good Work Fella

Mind you, with the food portion sizes I eat in Texas, I could probably lose that much with a good dump

My results on Monday
