Habibi..thats awesome man good for you. For whatever reason I just cant get my A$$ motivated to even start. I guess not being happy with some things in my life right now isnt helping. Im not an emotional eater, I just get careless when im in a bad mood and think screw goin on a diet right now. Im hoping I can bring myself to get started here real soon. Watching your progress is deff. helping.

Keep up the good work everyone!
You to D.

brewdude, thx man!
I wouldnt worry about your progress for right now, everyone has their own time to do whatever it is they plan to do (does that make sense?)

This is the year for me to get this done, and I don't give a f... if it kills, me, im gettin it done.

Ya know, I thought quitting smoking was the hardest thing ive ever done, but that was a week in vegas compared to this, giving up food is sheer torture.

One week at a time

Great job guys (except for D, I don't know what a paczki is but I want to eat one now ) Just weighed myself after another week and a half and I have lost another 4 pounds for a total of 18 pounds. My goal weight at the beginning of this thread was 220 and I am now at 232. If thing keep going like this, I may change my goad to 200!

That deer steak sounds awsome! I've never had one but I hear they are great. On a similar note, I found a way to treat myself every once and a while and still eat healthy. At the burger chain "Fudruckers" (I think they are a national chain) they sell Ostrich burgers. Low Fat, low cholesteral, and they taste just like beef, and I am a HUGE Cheeseburger guy.

Good luck guys!

Its a step machine. As you step down your body twists slightly. That way it works the thighs (front & back), butt & calves.

It's pronounced Poonch-key, not punch-key. It's a deep fried doughey thingy normally pached with some form of jelly/jam. Yummy stuff that can pack up to 700 calories for just one!

Well, stepped on the scale last night, ticked in at 314, 2 pounds shy of my first post. All things considered, that's pretty good. Got to the gym yesterday and don't feel so fat today. Maybe there is hope for me afterall.

Shermy you'd LOVE them. But don't start now, you can't eat just one. And it only takes 5 to gain one pound of fat. I used to pound them like M&Ms when I was a kid... thank god only a couple times a year..

You may be 314 pounds, but geez, your tall (6'10" or something like that). I have you pictured like Bastista (from the WWE), but not as cut.

You big bastard.

*dont kick my **** now, I was kidding.

I am a big mo'fo... but way to squishy. If I had huge muzzles like ah-nuld I'd be 340 easy. I'm strong, but us super tall guys have a hard time getting huh-uge muzzle like you short little bastards. I used to lift with a 5'10" guy... usually doubled the lbs he was doing... yet that bastard had tennis-ball biceps and I got a couple scrawny looking legs. PO'd me every time. Short guys can work out for a few months can have muzzle poppin' out everywhere... pr!cks!
