WORK SUX !
We have been working from 8AM - 9PM and I haven't had time to workout the way I want, and haven't been able to get my new gym up and running (I'll let you know when it's done rdy2rac, that way you wont waste any gas
)
AND I be damned if I get up any earlier. So, at this moment my program is on hold....Still eating health, just not getting in any exercise.

I started putting that gym together last night, and DAMN.
That thing has more parts and an old pocket watch. The instructions suck, so they are little to no help. Anyway....it will be together by Saturday. Make a weekend drive and COMMON DOWN!

Week 3 Results & Update (Fri Feb 04) 4.8 Pound Loss
The last 3 weeks in review:
Friday January 14th = start date = weight was 333.0 pounds
Friday January 21st = 318.4 pounds
Friday January 28th = 313.4 pounds
Friday February 04th = 308.6
I would've lost more but Monday I became unraveled and ate like a pig.
If it wasn't for going to the gym every single day, I'm sure I would've gained.
Hope you all are doing well, I've got my sights set on breaking into the 200 mark, woo hoo!

~BUT~
I am gonna finally have my gym put together tonight. I will start my weight training on Monday.
My Goal:
To look the way I did when I got out of the Marine Corps in 1996. Around 215, but all muscle.
Keep up the good work.

My name is ben and im a fat bastard.
Although i wouldnt call my self obease im definately not healthy. 5,7 250 lbs and only 24
Ive been having these episodes where my fingers go numb. I have no reason why. I know my collesterol is bad. My problem i believe is food in general. I love it, all of it. And pop oh forget it. I smell a pepsi or a coke and i want it i NEED it. I have quit pop once before and felt great. Only ate chicken and fruit. Did some walking. But now things are worse. Im not feeling healthy, my back hirts alot. I just want to live to see my unborn child grow up. I never thought it would get this bad. Year after year i was like. Im gonna do it, im gonna get healthy and i never do. I want to be healthy so bad for myself and my child (dont know if boy or girl yet). I will make this solom promise to you folks even though i dont know you lol. If you help me i will help you. Its gonna be tough. I jsut remember all the kids pokin fun of me at school, even my coworkers now call me fat. I dont want to go through that anymore and i dont want my kid to see me like this. Theres gonna be good days and bad days. But i believe that if you stick with it and find the inner strength in yourself you can do anything you want to. I plan on listening the the rocky soundtrack lol because thats some dam motovational music.
