I had the Basanni cat back on my 04 and it sounded pretty good. Not as loud as I wanted, but it had a nice tone to it, but was very expensive.

Last week I had a shop weld in a Flowmaster with dual pipes coming out both sides at an angle behind the rear wheels, with 3.5" Stainless Steel tips. It sounds really nice, looks good and was about half the cost of a cat back system. I like it a lot.

What flowmaster did you go with series 40 or 50. I got my hands on a Borla muffler debating on if I should install it or go with a flowmaster or imco. I want a little louder than I have now.

Well I put 2 and half inch pipes with 3 inch tip. Should have went 3 inch pipes with 3 1/2 inch tip. I think it would sound better. Mine is not bad just wish it was louder. You can really hear it when I get into the gas but when idling you barely can hear it. On the highway, I barely can hear it in the cab which is really nice. I got the 40 series delta flow. Probably with 3 inch pipes be a little louder and perfect sound.

Yea same rims I had on my 98 good ol ford stock at the time. I have a magnaflow with 3" pipes and 3.5" tips. Sounds ok just want a little louder. Sounds great when im haulin a load and when I stomp it. I got my hands on a Borla muffler wondering if I shoud switch it or just sell it and try the flows or an imco muffler.
