G@@Damnit! I new I should have not looked at this thread. I browsed through it this morning and then went out to clean the L. I popped the hood and find my resevoir 1/2" lower than 2 days ago!Born 4-15-99 312/4000 15.5k

7500 Miles and starting to show sings of leak... Talking with SVT at this time

 

Mine leaked..got fixed next day..teflon off fins..getting new blower too..24000miles started leaking at 15k or so!!!

Started leaking around 10,000 Miles.
Haven't called the dealership yet, getting ready to.

 

I don't remember if I reported my first one on this thread or not, but IC #1 went at 12,000 miles and was replaced by Tomball Ford (no 02 sensors or plugs replaced). IC #2 is now leaking with 19K on the odomoter. This is getting VERY old.

As I have posted on other threads, y'all might want to try adding a can of BG cooling system sealant to your i/c reservoir. I had a bad leak (the whole reservoir lost in 50 miles) and the BG stopped it immediately. My mechanic says it won't hurt your motor. Now I can wait for Ford's "fix" without sweating it.

 

my 99 july 99 13000. droped 1 " dealer replaced intercooler said the weld was broked and discolored with just 2 qts of leakage. had a jaguar m112 blower put on and boy do i have instant boost at 1/3 throttle and it stays there longer. now to get a chip burn't i have a adjustable fuel regulator also.

 

Well I guess I get to join this elustrious group (though not my choosing)
Mine started last night 2" down.
Will wait for the FIX or engine replacement which ever comes first!!!!

Question about adding BG cooling system sealent? If it seals it then you would rather go without getting a new I/C or are you hoping when the Fix-if ever gets here then yours will maybe start leaking, again? How does that work?
