BOP reflashed PCM is in
You sure ti was about a 75 vinson. Doing the math in the calculator that would have to be about 100 shot - to the wheels to get that number? It was hot that day easter like everyday here in Texas. It was 65 degreeS when I made my 392rwhp on the chip. fixing to send out emails.

Nate, great numbers. Send me those sheets when you get a chance!
I want to see those curves for myself and those numbers OFF the bottle, since that will be roughly what I'm expecting since we have very similar mods. Also, please include a list of mods you have with the email if possible. Thanks-a-roonie.

If you compare the best dyno on 03/22/2003 that yielded 392.4 HP and 470.8 TQ to the best of 07/09/2003 that yielded 462.9 HP and 553.3 TQ, he got an improvement of 70.5 HP and 82.5 TQ with a 75 shot of NO2, plugs, electric fan, and re-flash being the only changes. Oh by the way did I mention that all dynos were done without changing tunning programs?
Nate - Glad you are happy.
In response to the folks that were pumping the benefits of the technology.
If you Graph his A/F it looks a lot like mine ( the one that wasnt straight enough ) - His varies .6 - 1.1 on the same run from 3500 - 5500. And a full point or more on different runs
Mine varied like .5 - With a dumb chip.
If I read the posts correctly the PCM was flashed for a 75 shot and he ran up to a 105 shot - Best I can tell only one published run had NOS ( run 11 ) on it and the A/F on it went as High as 12.9 with a variance of .9 ....
The A/F went significantly leaner as the Power went up.
Run # 12 is very consistent - And a 12.4 A/F with no NOS isnt to scary..
In summary ( if I am reading the info right ) the A/F leaned out almost a full point when the NOS was only turned up 30 or so HP... Thats not the type of on the fly adjustments I was hoping for.
I like running mine righer than that N/A but as was ststed the most important thing here is the customer is happy- It appears that he is .

If I misread something let me know.

Some people are really going to start trying to talk this down now. Just enjoy your truck. I'm sure a lot of people appreciate you taking the time to share your results. Good for you.

how did you not change the tuning prog. but reflash is in your changes?
shouldnt a 75 hp shot yeild close to 75 hp alone with out the others?
Doug, run 11 and 12 were with NO2.
Nate, I dont know what HP shot you were running, just the size of the jets. The dyno operator also mentioned that the bottle pressure had droped alot as well, I gues we should have hooked up your bottle warmer.

and you had a vacumm leak on top of that, so the computer should have been adding fuel, so with the vacumm leak fixed, your gonna be even leaner.
Never said the reflash wasnt gonna work, just doubted all the armchair tuners here spouting off info that they couldnt back up. None of you ever did answer Beef's or my questions.
Now lets get some track comparisons and some accurate info on how the new reflash actually determines A/F strategy.
Congrats on the dyno runs.

It works as advertised. You ate your words, move a long now.

I mean that there was no change in programing between runs.
The only changes that were made form run to run was shooting NO2 and then trying 3 different sized jets, each time increasing the shot of NO2. Nothing was done to the computer in any of the runs, no fliping chips, no reflashing progams, absolutely nothing!

Vinson: Thats the problem. I have enough size jets to run up to a 200 shot. This kit isn't limited
. My bottle pressure after we left was at aboutn 900psi.
You guys have to keep in my a couple things.
1. Weather differences between the reflash and chip dyno.
2. The N.O.S fuel regulator vac line was causing the bad a/f on the baseline runs, and some nitrous runs.
Thanx guys for the compliments. I really do enjoy it. I didn't send off my computer expecting results of a KB blower in return. This is what I wanted. No witching chip programs, no reburns. I just arm the nitrous and go. I just go under my hood and put whatever size pill I want up to it's limits and go.
I sent the email with the results to the people that had their
email listed.
Thanx!
Grey 03: It was not a vacuum leak. I posted what it was and it is 2 totaly different things. NOS kit fuel regulator vacuum T that has a FUEL JET (that you change like nitrous in it to compensate fuel pressure and nitrous. It conflicted with the computer from makeing the correct a/f ratio. No matter how we jetted it it ran a consistent 10.1 a/f from the computer jumping in and saving the a/f and motor on nitrous. we took out the vacuum kit and fixed the problem. The kit I have was made for a mustang. That should tell you something.

Just to make a point here..
I never argued this technology because i had a vested interest in it.
I knew it worked from the get go. I supported it because i believe in it.
Some of you should of bashed it AFTER the results came in. You win some, lose some.
All of you who were convinced im recal'ing PCM's and burning Chips are lost and clueless.
Now, this does open up possibilities for me in the near future...

Well JJ, 12.5 is lean on one of your chips.. 12.5 is not lean by faction when it comes to a recal'd PCM.
It works as advertised. You ate your words, move a long now.

It works as advertised? All I see are false claims that cant be backed up with any tech info. Yes, the dyno session looks good, and the results seem promising, but are you gonna post any graphs or just type in the info??
How does it achieve its A/F ratio goal again by using only the MAF and IAT? Nobody has even attempted to explain that one.
There is no way in hell that the new reflash knew there was a vacumm leak, unless it uses the 02's to sense A/F. So with that said, try jetting the NOS nozzle up to 150 and jet the fuel nozzle down to 75 and lets see that amazing computer reflash compensate for that difference. I bet you it cant, but that is what you guys have been saying all along, that it can compensate and reach its A/F goal no matter what.
I'll repeat it again, if there was a vacumm leak, the computer richend up and your 12.5 is more like a 13.5 or leaner in reality with the vacumm leak fixed.
Debate it all you want boys, but lets prove it at the track, alot of dyno queens here lately, starting to look like the Supra boards..

BORDER TOWN
If i explained it to you, it would be over your head. You look like a bumbling idiot JJ, so give it up.
You ate your words like the Plasma Boosters....
And your comment about proving it at the track. Come to cali. I would like to see you bust out that 11 second pass out here with that 2# lowr 1# upper combo you had
