While on the subject of java...

Since I cannot obtain that stuff you posted previously (can't even recal what it was now) what would be your reccommendation for a widely available (or Internet purchase) coffee? Whole bean only please. I'm a mild blend kinda guy, nothing that will reach up and slap me in the face in the morning. I'm open to flavors... my current morning favorite is some local yahoos "Peanut Butter Cup" coffee. Tastey.

Neither can I. Actually I don't know what you are referring to. What stuff?

Well, whatever it was I mentioned, whenever I mentioned it, I'm not really familiar with mild blends. I like the peel the paint off the walls strength kind of stuff. The way I look at it, with coffee that strong it can't help but dissolve cholesterol, attack cancer cells, and pretty much destroy anything in your body that is bad for you. Who knew? Coffee as the ultimate antidote!

Dear Kobi,

Where did this "peace" and "love" emo Kobi come from????
What happened to you while you were gone?
Where did our rational and logical Kobi go?

BTW It's 7PM I've had 2 pots of strong coffee, 2 liters of Code Red Mt Dew, and.... 1/2 a pack of ciggerettes today! Non of it is helping me keep up with these last few post either...

Here's something you aren't going to hear me say very often (well, actually you are not "hearing" me say it anyway . . . so, let me edit that to be:

Here's something you aren't going to see me write very often . . .

"I don't understand."

Where have I not been rational or logical in these posts? What is not rational about being truthful, about being in touch with your feelings (in your case your honest regret over your behaviour)?

With regard to "love" and the "universe", while seemingly fanciful, it is a realization many reach the older they get. Granted, for many, it may be because they will grasp for anything as they realize that life wasn't what they anticipated, but people also often realize that there has to be something more than this, than what this mortal coil and the "stuff" we live with and among has to offer. Age and life experience does that to ya. So it goes.

I doubt that my posts over the years have failed to demonstrate that I can be philosophical at times. This is one of those times, I guess.

As for what happened to me while I was gone, well, more than I care to write about.

I am assuming you have had all this over the course of the entire day and not all at once. (Although I don't know what code red Mt. Dew is I assume it is high in caffeine?) Just reading what you ingested has me all wired out. What are you trying to do, dude? Set a new record for caffeine intake over a short period of time?

I read that things have worked themselves out between you and your wife. That is good. Assuming you took my advice, guess the "emo" non-rational/non-logical advice has its place.

Yes and that was rational logical advise!

BTW equalibrium seems to have improved some or atleast was able to fake it for the day. Got a new customer with a major project anyway. Havent lost any old yet....

From the universe post on in this thread.. got unexpectedly emo.
Sorry, with all do respect, I can't accept aging in that nature to happen over the course of a few months, completly changing ones character and outlook with out an epiphany or other life changing event of some sort.
Hmmm, wonder what would cause that?

Yes Code Red Mt Dew is a high sugar and caffiene drink, yes it has been consumed over the course of the day. No, no records, thats my normal intake. I'll drink another 2 ltrs before I go to bed. Thats the only way I can run on 2-4 hours sleep every day or two and still function. I know, I know micro managment is bad and will kill me, so I've been told. I'm young I can handle it a little while longer. I hope!!!

Dear Kobi,
What percentage of Replies do you end up deleting instead of hitting the submit Button?
Not talking about this thread or any thread calling for an actual response.

I have found more and more of my 'posts' on the editing room floor.
Seems when I proof a post it lacks 'value added' and I just back out.

When you took a sabbatical, did it help?

Ditto that. I find my posts are either A. Not funny or B. Spewing hate at some dolt for an idiotic thread. I can't even venture out of the GD forum for fear I'll get my **** banned.

Raoul -

I have tried to answer this (these) question(s) about half a dozen times now and have backed out each time.

Does that tell you something?

The "value added" comment really knocked me for a loop and I'm still not sure how to address it, and the "sabatical" thing operates on so many levels that it ends up being a "TMI" response.

If you really seek answers to your unstated questions that lie behind the stated questions, email me. (That way no one who reads this turns it into a debate that need not take place).

(And I guess my partethetical comment just above speaks volumes too).
