Today i picked up an 12" DynoMax Bullet, im really stoked about having it on. I got to wait though truck is in the paint booth. I hope the DynoMax sounds better than my glasspack, which sounds like a 4 cylinder with a fart can.

ah u have a 6? i wouldnt recommend it. go with a flowmaster, or a cherry bomb even. chambered mufflers sound the best on 6's

Im in an adventerous mood. I want a different sound but not so well ricer sounding. Right when i pull up people are like thats sixxer. With my glasspack it sounds like a quiet 4 cylidner.

the bullets wont sound great on your truck, probably very similar to the glasspack. consider something chambered, loudest would be a 10 series flowmaster or a cherry bomb extreme

Post some sound clips when you get it all done ... So I ordered an 18" bullet today so hopefully by the end of the week i'll have it on!! Just for kicks I cut out my old muffler and am just runnin straight pipes.. very loud and major torque loss at low end... lol but i could probably wake up the neighbors more then a mile away!

i have a 09 Screw short bed, I want different. What I would like is something a LITTLE louder than stock with a SI/DO set up, side by side exit pipes, 45ed out the rear like the new Raptor's have. I'm thinking a Gibson, and if it is still too much, then I'll add the shortest resonators to the system. Any other suggestions for performance mufflers that are fairly quiet.

dont buy a kit. save your money. purchase an 18" SIDO magnaflow (a little louder than stock), have a shop weld it in place, and purchase a tip online that you think "resembles the Raptor". Corsa makes great quality dual tips look look like the raptors. search around on those sites, and many others, for different tips. i would purchase the muffler through summit racing though.

Mig, I bet Dynomax is wondering where the sudden increase in sales for Bullets has came from, you've done a great job promoting their product.
