Center 180 x 1
Rears 50 x 2
Sub 110 x 1
Ahhh. I figured you were pushing more power than that with all those amps.
I was running 750 and didnt have a problem either. Now Im down to 450 watts If I end up with the next set of amps I am wanting to get I would be pushing a rated 1500. Probably closer to 1800 though. Might have a lil problem with that.

I know everyone's opinion is different, but I've heard all of them and ran a couple of them myself. I've heard a RL-i 10, but not a RL-p 12 yet. To me the RL-i sounded average, like any other decent sub. Space is limiting me though.
Yeah, I was going to add in my last post that if your looking for super SQ, which I know you are, there are others subs you'd probably want to look at before the Rl-p.

Hehe-8 pages.

Hey Dconder, I found an Arc XXK1500 which would be nice, along with a 2100 if I could find one-just another possible amp setup for me. Anyway, I remember seeing this a couple times before, I see the 1500 says "Enhanced 1 ohm mode." I have no idea what this is, and I figured you could explain it to me since your the Arc Man . I always thought the 1500 was only stable down to 2 ohm. Could you tell me a little about what this is?
Thanks

Sorry i didnt mean to rule out a sealed box for the RL-ps, its just the concensus on sounds solutions in the SS forum was that they thrive in ported boxes. Anyways check out the DIYMAS for real, www.diymobileaudio.com, and click on the shop tab. (.5 to .75 sealed rec box for a 12 )

No biggie. Has me wondering though. I wonder if I download the manual for one of these if it would say. I guess Ill have to do some searching.

On a side note. This Mag keeps impressing me more and more. I got bored so Ive been sitting in my truck for about 30 minutes just listening to the stereo and gosh this thing rocks. Gets PLENTY loud for an SQL system, but of course I want louder; 1000ish watts should be awsome. SQ is just amazing too-tight, quick, and dead nuts on every beat.

The manual does not say anything about it. At least not anything I can find in it. They basically have one big manual for all the XXK amps so, I have several manuals. The person I bought my 1500XXK from said in a post that it is called enhanced mode. Arc will not warranty it, which unless the amp is new, really not an issue. He said he ran the 1500XXK 1 ohm bridged to (4) 10's but drew way more power than running in 2 ohm bridged mode.

Hey Bryan, did you happen to see the C2K amps on ebay from "stereodirect"? A stereo place selling two C2K amps that they can not test to see if they work. Sounds kinda fishy to me. Although, they look like they might go pretty cheap. A 6.0 and 3.0 I believe.

Yep, I was gonna tell you about them too.
Im kinda in the same boat, I found a D5 on ebay that I want, but its has no guarentee it works. Only 86ish% positive feedback too(out of like 138,xxx though). Dunno if I should go for it or not.

I still havent found anything about that Enhanced mode. Must not be a commonly used thing.

I agree with you 100%. Just so you guys know, the Zap's are for sale if you know anyone interested. That's all I will say since posting for sale things is a no no.

Doin my part to keep this going.

I am patiently waiting on my seat lift kit. Hopefully by Monday or Tuesday of next week. In the meantime, I am in the process of buying an Alpine PKG-1000, flip down for the Pilot. The little one is almost 2 and is diggin "Clifford, The Big Red Dog". So, I thought he needs his own screen. 10.2" should be the trick. There was a seller on ebay in Texas selling them but, they seem to be out of them or something because all their auctions on them are gone. I hate to buy one from Cali because it takes a week at least to get it. I might have to though. Can't find another one anywhere except ebay's "dimensionaudio".

Hey guys, do you think I'll be ok with 2 MAGs with only 1/2" of spacing for the pole vent? I could maybe get these to fit (downfiring) but only with that 1/2".

Doug, let me know how that PKG-1000 does for you. I want that too for Bry Jr, but everytime I get $400 I spend it on something else.

Bart...why the 8053? Nice HU though.

I usually try to leave 1" minimum but, you should be fine. I am not sure what the effects would be. Maybe some cone break up?

Yeah, I usually try for 3/4" - 1", but I really want to see if I can get these MAGs to fit. I might only get 1/2" of spacing.

Bart - I need another favor. What's the height of the surround (from the box baffle to the top of the foam surround) of your MAG? I know Xmax is 24mm...need to know the other though.
