Project GO FAST is now in progress!!!
The lightning 4R100 is stronger - if you could get it to work .. That won't work - it's only 2WD.
Yea , I wonder if you could reprogram those diesel tranny's - they would have more strength stock....

A buddy of mine put a BTS tranny in his F 250, he let me drive it one time and all I can say is WOW I want one it shifts so smooth you dont even know it shifted, if i lived where you do I wouldnt even go anywhere else, you pay for what you get
Well , got my fix for now. Started to go sideways before I let off - Some punks even gave me a thumbs up
Sure does sound good cutting loose in second on wet pavement
..
Glad to see that Amsoil is still doing it's job - checked my fluid when I got back and it was still cool- man was that a good investment..

Yea , I remember when I was installing the shift kit and reading about all this extra hold power and strength second gear is going to have with the kit. I just thought - Okay, whatever , sounds good to me lol - Not thinking to much about it... But yeah - that was news to me - I think it shoots better out of the hole in second - Like bran-new
the thing that causes the clutches and the bands and stuff to burn up is the lack of pump pressure. simply upgrading to a stronger intermediate shaft a stronger front pump get some red eagle clutches and koleen steel plates a good valve body and valves and ur good for about 700-800 hp.
Ok who ever has a lc1 wideband, please help. I Need to know all the settings you guys are using. I got a lean code p0174, and i just uploaded the tune and its only been at idle, and slight rev, and my a/f is showing 8-10.3 at idle, now how can that be if im getting a lean code?? I go into the lm programmer, and what do you guys have for settings in analog 1 and 2?
Look for a vacuum leak. Because it is a new set up you may have missed a fitting somewhere. Something may have slipped off. Start at the air filter and work your way to the engine. PCV etc...

Joey - This site has a ton of info about the diesel tranny's . I'll bet they have some information about diesel tranny's to gas motor conversions.
I know they have a total E4OD rebuild in color . Just something to check out . -

You did a fresh free-air calibration, etc, right?
I'm looking at my logs right now. The A/F's remain @ stioich from idle through midrange, until I go open loop @ approx 78% Load - then they start to get richer ( 11.9-12.1) all the way to the limiter @ 6,000.
There is no way it should be leaning out first... what's up with that ???
