Ya, I'm jealous I wish I could get mine dialed in. Would you mind PMing me and letting me know who the tuner was so as not to make the same mistake? It's stories like this that make me wish I had a local tuner, or knew how to do it myself!

Glad its finally running right!! It was a shame to put all that work into it and it run like crap, glad its finally right. I guess that is a good excuse to come take a look at it LOL

yep lol. 2nd gear would burn for a long time. haven't opened it up yet though from a dead stop in first. There are a few MINOR things i want him to change, just shifting isnt exactly how i want it, no big deal though, besides that, the engine is crazy!

Wow !! So it was WAY off huh..I'm glad you found that guy - what luck that was and and what a success story this turned out to be

Sooooo, you have anybody else lined up for the chopping block yet ?

ya just spying for prey... 05 gto with loud exhaust cruising around town, that charger guy put on a 200 shot, the 383 stroker camaro put in a new clutch and a 50 shot. possibly a harley truck, blown, if he will.

yeah and the guy that tuned my truck said he has heard about my truck, someone said its going to dominate town but its not tuned in yet. lol

mind asking if that guy will do another very similar truck via net? i trust troyer but back ups are always good.

supposedly the builders gettin off his *** and gonna try and get my motor finished by turkey day.

I was told the same from Justin at VMP, at least not heavily modded s/c vehicles. A hands on dyno tune is where it's at.

yes he will do tuning for a n/a engine. Dyno tuning really isnt the way to do it, you need a tuner who can do a base tune, ride with you while you drive, and make adjustments on drive ability. you cant tell how its going to run on the road from a dyno.
