Who is in the 100,000 mile club?
I have a 98 F-150 4X4 with the 4.6L and its just about to turn over 243,000
No joke!!! I bought it back in 2000 for $9K and it had 175,000 miles on it then...Havent had to do anything to it mechanically other than an upper ball joint...still has original exhaust on it!!! I put some 16 inch whells off of a 99 f150 on it so I could fit some bigger tires on it but I still have my original 17 inch wheels for it... I love my truck and probably would not trade it for anything out there...

98 F150 flare side 2wd, 4.6L 180,700 miles today. OEM battery lasted about 130,000 miles. Did a heater core last weekend which started leaking this summer. Hasn't run good since I did the heater core which means I did something wrong but that is a discussion on another thread. Beyond that its been a great truck.
my 97 f-150 xlt 4.2 stick is still going strong. only a new radiator, and a god awful time consuming heating coil, and clutch are the major remodles. still pulls my boat and goes to the desert! no rattles, and a few little springs gone(in the ciggarette lighter) and a dashboard light out. knock on wood..... great for me!
1999 F150 Off Road goes 100k
My F150 SuperCab turned 100k this month. It has been a fairly good truck, but frustating me at the oddest times. GRRRR - Odometer display, door lock actuators, AirBag Switch light, headlight switch light, Antenna rusted out, Radio quit causing battery to drain dead, bottom of doors rusting, Horn quit working, Factory Nerf Bars Rusted badly, Spark Plug thread failure in the Cylinder head, and lastly, the Transfer Case motor. These are the failures in 100k miles. But it has hauled a lot of trailers and gone through a lot of bad weather. All in all, not a bad 7 years. Still looks great.

yeah yeah i know
its not a f150 but a relative of mine had a 74' GMC that turned over 600,000 miles this year. he sold it about two months ago for about 800 dollars and the engine locked up on the guy 10 miles away. never had any work done to the engine block. every other accessory on it had been replaced alternators water pumps etc. i love my f150 but i cant help but think thats pretty impressive right there.
Wow
Happy to hear that since I'm planning on getting a 97-99 next summer. I know the question drills "Used for work? How many % of city miles?" etc
Can't go above 99 since this is my first vehicle and insurances companies will have a pervert pleasure at skinning me alive.
EDIT: Hrm. I thought this was a recent topic and not a 2002 one.
So what happened with the initial poster's truck?
