box design help needed

i kno you guys are tired of me starting new threads

anyway i would appreciate if someone would design a box for me and tell me all the specs on it so i can try to build my own box unless i can get someone on here to build me a box for a reasonable price

i dont have room for a slot port so i was told by a guy a caraudio to go aeroports
i plan on having 2 12's l7's and my max dimensions are 26 long 17.5wide and 35deep
if possible i would like each sub to have 3cuft or more
also is a aeroport box just a sealed box with aeroports put in them

could someone help me out

thanks

ok sorry for posting so much
but can i get one more answer from a box builder
i want to try nd build my own box aeroport box for 2 12's l7
i would like them to have anywhere from 3-3.25cuft per sub after displacement for everything and the tune to be 33hz

and this is the aeroports i guess would work best for my box it said on psp-inc.com
i figured to go with 2 6" flared ports that are 18.14 or straight port at 17.14 which ever is best i heard flared was best

and my biggest box i can go with is 26long 17.5 wide and 35deep so what should the box dimensions be to give each sub 3-3.25cuft after displacement of everything

and also would the 2 6" flared ports that are 18.14inches long come out to being tuned at 33hz

you can also check out my box build up in my signature if you are looking for the between the seats option.

Its not ported, but the idea can be modified. If you need my box deminsions let me know.

ok this si what i have come up with and i tihnk its right and i need someone to build this box and i want it carpted and whats the price for a box like this

internal measurements 15.5 x 23.5 x 27.5=5.8
also why do u subtract 1.5 from external i though the wood is only 3/4inch thick not 1.5 inches or am i wrong

the aeroports it said on the weibsite for voulme of box at 5.2 was 4 inch diameter and 3 of those at 16.02

so the port displacement would be .35 correct and the sub displacement would be around .20
so .55 for everything

so 5.8-.55 equals 5.2-5.3 anywhere in there so each sub would basically have 2.6 net

check and make sure all thats right

thanks

.75 X 2 sides = 1.5

Everything else in your thread is for the port masters.

Yup, if your measuring total external length or width or height, there'll be two pieces of wood in that dimension, one on each end. Gotta account for both.

Wont work. Not enough port area. you need between 1/4 to 1/3 of the cone area on your ports.

if you want to do it right and quit cutting corners you're going to have to lose the back seat man. I'm not trying to be an add just BWI g straight up honest. My cousin just put two L5s in his extended cab chevy and had to lose his back seat. In order to get the tu ing frequency you want and anywhere close to the recomended air space for the subs that's what you're going to have to do. If you're not prepared to do that then you're going to have to pick some different subs.

quit cutting corners. Aeroports arent the way to go. and too many of them. DO THE MATH ON AREA THEN FIGURE IT OUT.

area of a circle = pie x (radius squared)
area of a square = l x w
