ok, lets just start over with this whole idea. forget you ever saw any of those items on ebay. im guessing your sortof of new at the whole audio thing and thats ok b/c your doing the right thing by asking questions. First thing, you dont need anywhere near that much power, especially to a pair of 6x9s. Secondly, you dont need a pair of 6x9s under your back seats, its a waste of money, time, and space and honestly it just looks terrible. First question for you, do you have a stock headunit or an aftermarket?
for adding an amplifier to your headunit there are some nice pieces available. I have been using alot of MTXs re-Q Bass Restorers lately. It is a speaker to rca invertor that rebuilds the high and bass frequencies from the radio. It includes a subsonic filter and boost to help your amplifier out. I use these on trucks all the time with a four channel amplifier. Basically run all four speakers off the front two channels and run the sub/subs off the other two channels. It also features a delayed remote turn-on output. It turns your amp on 2 seconds after you turn the factory head unit on so that you don't get the annoying "THUMP" from your amplifier.

As for the products you listed. I agree with south_ms_sprcru about your choices.
I tend to stay away from the four channel speakers. Honestly you don't hear a difference between the four channels. Especially when they are cheaper speakers. The only multi-cone coaxials that I go with for my customers that has proven to give an audiable difference are some Boston Accoustics three ways or some DB Drive Speed Series three ways. The rest just seam flat. Typically for the money a simple set of 2 ways get the job done. Also if your are wanting to install subwoofers, especially some 8"s there is no need to put some 6x9s in there. The 8" subs will simply mask the midbass that you are trying to achieve with the 6x9s. A simple 5x7/6x8 swap in the factory locations with an amp behind them will work great. Now I don't bash on off-brand products but some stuff is simply just as cheap in audio quality and life as it is in price. You can purchase some nice 8" subs for $30/$40 each and only buy them once or you can go through a few of them and spend more money in the long run. Same goes for your coaxials.
Almost forgot to mention that amplifier. I have sold/installed quite a few MA Audio amplifiers. Not gonna knock it but it is large amplifier. You would be best to find you a small sized 125x4 amplifier that will do the job for your entire system.
Just my two cents for a budget system build.

thanks for the help i am looking to spend no more than 400 if possible i have 3 10's mtx with a 1200 watt sony amp in the truck now but it sits in a seat and takes up too much room and looks tacky so i want some kind of decent bass and not loose a seat or look bad i have pioneers now as it is in the door and i am wanting to keep my stock headunit i have the remote converter now so i can keep the stock headunit just need some help
thanks
thanks
ok so you have door speakers already...do you want to put an amplifier on the door speakers as well as the subs, or just the subs? two options now, you can get a 5/6 channel amplifier that will power both your door speakers and your subs, or you can just get a mono amp to run the subs and leave the door speakers on the stock headunit (the second route is by far the cheapest). as far as the box goes, you can actually get a couple of 8s or 10s behind your back seats but it requires you to modify that plastic panel back there. For subs, look at Image dynamics idq series, jl w1 series, jbl gto series, or any of the new shallow subs that practically all the mainstream brands are releasing ie. pioneer, alpine, sony, etc. for amplifiers it all depends on how much you want to spend, JBL has some great amps that will fit almost any budget. JL audio makes a solid line of amplifiers but they arent always the most budget friendly. If you want to go used, your options open up immensly. and will you be installing all of this yourself? if not have you figured the install costs into your budget?
