Mines leaking BUT Ford hasnt agreed yet. I am thinking seriously about waiting for the April fix. The leak is slow and I running pure water now. If a Texas freeze comes I will add either Gycol or alcohol

We're working on finalizing the 1999-2000 Lightning intercooler failures for publication and forwarding to NHTSA.

Well my time came, Black 2000 Build# 235 on Februray 14 2000. This happened with about 17700 Miles on the truck and being losing about 1/4in a week. 
My truck's engine is totally stock.

Welp you can add me to the list of the Bad intercoolers....
As of today, when I notices the antifreeze smell, and looked and was fluidless.
I have 9500 Miles. It was built on 2/18/00 and is # 355
I'm not a happy camper!
