Damn... I would have paid much more to be a beta tester, and I would have agreed that barring defect, the cost is non-refundable.

Looks real nice, like it belongs on the dash. Oh, and the pod looks nice too!
Maybe Smeezy will take a pic like that too. J/K

I say, forget the tuner, give me that dash cover.

I can already feel a 50% increase in hp, by my front of the pants meter.

Tell those guys at Edge you know quite a few other test subjects that are more than willing to give the product a test for them!!!!

I couldn't have said it better myself. They should have put "Xcal2 owners need not apply" in the thread title, because there's going to be a lot of sour grapes. Between MGDFan and jpdadeo, I'm sure we haven't heard the end of this. I bet this puts a big dent in the almighty Troyer's sales for christmas...I would certainly hold off right now if I were thinking of buying a tuner. This is exciting. I will buy one. It's a canned tune that can be modified...so it's really no different than the Xcal2...except that it can be modified infinitely. With the Xcal2, you are locked into what old Mikey sends you!

Thanks for sharing Smeezy! Don't mind the cavemen and dummies!

Copper or Smeezy,

Have you guys been disabling the fuel pump every time you get ready to program..or even the first time for that matter...and if so what is the best way

By the way...I just got mine a minute ago

Looks awesome with my black leather interior

SKI, the manual states to disable the pump everytime you make a performance change. I pulled the passenger side kickplate off and the fuel cut off switch is just above the fuse box. There is a open end where you can pull it up with your finger. You have to pull really hard. Then try to turn your truck over to make sure. Program it and then push the switch back down. Then your good to go. I just put mine on the transmission adjustment only, due to having a full tank of the lesser fuel, I'm trying to empty it as soon as I can so I can put 91 in. The transmission shifts a whole lot better, firmer, crisper. I think this has helped the truck a ton! I can't wait for the other tunes.

SORRY NO PICTURES, I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT YET!!! HELP!

Hey Copper,

Just so you know..I talked to Jay from Edge and he said you don't have to disable you fuel pump when you get ready to program...He said that was a precaution in older trucks, and the fuel injectors leaking fuel, but on these new trucks you don't have too..

CrAz3D,
Sorry, I don't think they are.

Ski,
thanks for clearing that up, that will save a lot of time.

Can someone email me and explain the picture thing?

Have you guys had a chance to monitor your MPG any?? I would like to increase my mileage if at all possible. I can hardly wait this looks like it's gonna be sweet. Especially if it looks just like the picture (if you know what i mean . ) I'm considering getting rid of my xcal for my 6.0 diesel and getting the edge for it as well, as they just came with a new one for it too!!! . Thanks for the info., keep it a coming.

Hey Honda Guy,

Just in case you have never been around one...My dad has an 04 F250 Crew with the 6.0 Liter, and he has the Edge Juice with Attitude monitor (The monitor looks the same as the one for the new F-150), and his truck is ridiculously fast...The cool part apart the one for the diesel is you can adjust while you are driving.. Plus I have driven it on rode trips..approx 500 miles at a time...and you get around 20-22 mpg going between 75-80 miles per hour. Just thought you might like to know that...If I was you I would go for the New Juice Platinum...way more functions...and you can use either of their monitors..That NEW A2 or attitude or no monitor at all..

Well, I hope this worked. I know it's only one picture, but I got to get up early and try to shoot some ducks.
