Moral of the story, General Discussion troublemaker Habs offers nothing to this site with the except of wasted bandwidth.

I like Habibi. His problem is he likes to tell everyone as many times as possible, that they are stupid for believing in God. It is just a broken record over and over.
He loves to bait traps for unsuspecting members to step into, so he can tell yet another person how wrong they are, and they cause all of the Worlds problems, by believing in God

Funny, this guy lectures us about toleration, yet when it's -his- vacation at stake... we get something like this:

We're just across the river from Masseny, NY on the St Lawrence River.

This year there's a group of about 20 Somalians kitty-corner to our site.
Now I wouldn't normally care because I don't have anything against Muslims as I have a few Muslim friends, but this group is getting on my nerves badly.

They have a small tent city set up, and several times a day they blast their "call to prayer" music over a boombox, and they let it run for about an hour.

Yesterday whenever I heard their music roaring over the speaker, I started my truck, opened the windows, sunroof, rear slider, and played the Best of Iron Maiden CD at 75% volume. I have a pretty sweet stereo in the truck complete with subs, so it sounds really good even outside.

So last night as I was listening to Iron Maiden, one of the dirty little Muhammeds comes walking over and asks me to have some consideration and lower my music.

So I look at him and say "so you're looking for the same consideration that you havnt been showing the rest of the campground?"
I told him I'll stop with the music if he agrees to lower the call to prayer music.

He said he can't because it's part of their religious ceremony, to which I politely told him that it's part of my religion to listen to Iron Maiden on a daily basis.
He gave me a dirty look, swore in Arabic and walked away in disgust. He had the same beard as the drummer from ZZ Top.

I'll sneak over there later and take come pics with my phone, you guys have to see this group, I can't wait until they Get the fk outa here, lol.

My wife was in the public washroom a few nights ago, washing her face and brushing her teeth, she said one of the big fat Muslim women came in, had a great big dump, complete with all the noises, never flushed or washed her hands and just walked back to the tent city, haha, nice!

Yesterday I went over to the public washrooms for my morning constitution (newspaper in hand), and when I opened the first stall, there was chit all over the place, on the seat, the floor, urine on the floor, paper all over the place, OMFG, what kind of people do this?
I open the handicap stall, and the same thing, crap all over the seats, it was disgusting. I wish I could get that memory out of my mind.

I found out later that these guys, because they are so 'clean', won't axctually sit their *** down on the toilet seat, so they crouch over it with their asses in the air, and let the poo come fliyn out; they need some work on their aim.

So I have to use the chitters at the other end of the part about 4 miles away.
I don't mind, at least they are clean.
Oh man, I hope this group leaves soon, good grief.

I think I'll start the next Iron Maiden session with "The Number of the Beast"

I'll post spme pics up later

Heres a few pics I took with my Blackberry this afternoon:

our campsite.

the scene of the crime:

the suspects at Tent City (dirty little Muhammeds)
There were 4 tents there yesterday, looks like some of them left.

Personally, I don't like the idea either- but professionally, there's nothing wrong with where they put the mosque. There's probably a church near the Alfred P. Murrah Federal building in Oklahoma City, too. All zealots are bad/crazy- no need to single out the Muslims, or expect the President to intervene on everything, including real estate discussions.

Hi Kobi & LT!

Allegedly, McVeigh was an atheist. Though he converted to Catholicism in prison.

Oh yeah, no matter what the intent of the people trying to put this mosque up, now that it's an issue of controversy, it will be celebrated as a Muslim victory over the infidel by extremists. What future for the site that implies, I'm not sure. It doesn't take much imagination to come up with some unsavory possibilities though.

I am tolerant, but I don't ever recall saying I thought it was ok to build a mosque at ground zero.

Check out post #29 of mine from a recent thread on this subject to show my thoughts:

https://www.f150online.com/forums/ge...nd-zero-2.html

The problem is a lot of people believe all Muslims are evil, and all of them are the enemy, I don't believe this, but that's neither here nor there, I have many Muslim friends and even they think it's in bad taste to build a mosque there.

Why people think that "ALL" Muslims are the enemy is beyond me, if someone feels like explaing that one, I would love to hear how they support & justify that belief.

... and yes, I'm not particularly tolerant of a bunch of noisy bastards ruining my vacation, and never will be. I could care less as to what or who they pray to, just keep your prayer to yourself and don't disturb everyone around you.

Tumba, old friend...
I like you too, seriously I do, but I think the word "stupid" is a bit too harsh.
Personally I think you're a very smart guy, well read, have a good understanding of science physics etc, I think you are pretty bright.

You know my thoughts on religion, I don't discriminate againt anyone unequally, I discriminate against all religions the same. (I deny them all)

I don't think you are stupid in the least, but you are also not the typical "head up your ***" guy like certain people here. (people I wouldn't waste a nanosecond to reply to or even acknowledge their existance because they are a useless waste of space)

You just live and let live, you don't promise hellfire to anyone who doesnt believe in what you do, and you're an easy to get along with guy, that's cool, but you are not the norm, and I think even hardcore born again christian's would be hard pressed to let a slacker like you enter their club.

From their point of view, I don't think you are hateful and condascending enough to join, I don't think you are any of those things, but it seems to be that's a requirment by some.
Also too, you are not a judgemental ****, and that's what I respect the most.

I think you and I have a lot more in common than you think.

I wonder if my fellow F150 Online forum members could do me a favor? Could all of thoes people think that "ALL" Muslims are the enemy please check in?

There are going to be a lot of people who believe that all Muslims are evil, so maybe we should start another thread, or better yet a survey?

Something you may find interesting.

I think in Habibi's case, his screen name is actually referring to a dear friend of his own.

I just get weary (yes I intentionally used the word) of your repeated condescending nature of your posts on the topic. I you were discussing the subject to learn of others beliefs I would feel quite differently.
I do have to admit, I do get amused by your repeated assassinations of members that take your bait. But most of them don't see the nature of your posts until they are in the position of becoming the target of your distaste for religion in general.

One thing you fail to admit to. If wars were not fought in the name of religion, there would be a different reason used. The fact is there will always be wars. It is the nature of civilization. The people that start these wars just use religion as a way of uniting people to follow them. It is the easiest and quickest method available. A warmonger would have a tougher time making a united front without religion.
Religion is not the problem, people are.
