That's pretty cool! See if you can post up some picks (on a certain detailing forum...)

I was asked today to do a M320 and a A4 while having a beer at work. They will be good to do as I can buy more detailing supplies with the money!

One of my co-workers is from Shreveport, "Loozie-anna" so she made us all some genuine Cajun gumbo for lunch yesterday. Excellent stuff!

The local Lion's Club had a car show in town today and the boy and I headed over to take walk around and see what was there. I've always thought that one of these days I am going to go out and have a bunch of trophies made up so that I can give the "ddellwo award" to the car I like the best at these local shows.....

Most of the shows I have actually participated in are pretty much a joke as far as awarding trophies goes -- it's just a bunch of local cronies that all team up and vote for each other's cars instead of voting for the vehicle that is truly the best (or most unique) at the show.....

Highlights at this event for me were a wonderfully restored '71 Corvette convertible (kind of an odd choice for me since I am not generally drawn to these cars) and a '72 Gran Torino (I liked the back story to the car in that it has been owned by the same guy since new and was special ordered while he was still on active duty over in Vietnam).....

I always enjoy walking around those shows. I used to enter my truck and Mustang in some big shows. Now that is where you get some politics!

He wants a actual detail. Clay, Compound, Polish, Sealant, wax. I'm thinking i can skip the compound step and just use the polish for the correction. From what i could tell the truck was in pretty decent shape. I can't lie the new Ram Laramie's is a great looking truck inside and out.

He called me today and want's to delay the detail a few days since we got rain this morning and expecting more tomorrow night and Tuesday. Can't really blame him especially spending that kind of coin i wouldn't want it done either if it was going to rain.

I have one more board to replace then have to wash and stain to be finished with the lower deck. Lots of fun isn't it?

37 new deck boards down...beefed up the supports on the bottom and re-leveled. Now putting up new handrails and spindles. Lucky my ex-neighbor of 32 yrs is doing most of the work. He's got me running to the lumber yard with my trailer most of the day! Now wife and I have to deliver some fabricated material to her brother in the New Orleans area with stops at Sams and maybe Home Depot. I've been fighting bronchitis for the last 2 weeks so I run out of wind quickly with the COPD flareups. Too much like WORK for me!!

Yea, well i wasn't thinking on the tuning aspect of it. Had planned to get LET in houston to do the tune but they sort of fell off the eb tuning platform. Its a long drive to MPT

Come this summer i will be putting my intercooler on though, no doubt.
