Yep MIP minor in possession. In MO they lose their license for a period of time. Also you can be charged with possession just by consumption, having it in your system. Don't even have to have a can or bottle in your hand.

To change topic, why do you have to get rid of the truck? I understand that if you can't use it then it won't get used but still. I doubt, considering the circumstances, that a judge will uphold the year suspension.

taking your license for a year for drinking even though a car isnt involved is dumb. I know 3 good friends that got DUIs this summer and they got that night in jail and another night at a later date, 90 days no license and like 2500 in fines and that was a full DUI a year for just being drunk is DUMB. Hell here Tempe AZ the cops break up so many partys everynight that they dont have time to even check or ticket anyone. You can be like 12 at a drinking party and they will just make sure you dont leave with any beer and kick you out. Knock on wood

WHO CARES! This forum is about trucks, NOT underage drinking problems and alcoholism. Next teen ************ will be up for a topic of discussion! Just to make this reply relevant to F150's I want to brag on my factory ford bedmat, It was only around $75.00 bucks and is really cool- has a big F150 logo molded in it. Advice to you young kids- Always Smell it first! Always!

If the cops that walked back there really wanted to teach us a lesson, they should have waited by the gate and picked people up for DUIs that were leaving. If were out there on private property not bothering anyone then leave us alone, we're only doing the same thing all them probably did when they were younger.
There is nothing wrong with it? Then why is it against the law? There is a reason the legal drinking age is 21 and not 18.

You can take that another step further and say there is nothing wrong with stealing someone's truck. I didn't hurt anyone. Their insurance company will cover it so they aren't out any money. It's a law...you break it, it's wrong. You know what the punishment is before you do the crime (at least you should...if you don't, it's your own fault).

Sorry, I just have no respect for people with such a blatant disregard for the law.
