Maybe they figured you would have to be drunk to paint yourself. Sounds like good detective work to me.

Jesus! You were breaking the law, you got busted. Take your lumps, learn from it and move on. The cops singled your group out because it's not the first time they've dealt with this and they know what they're looking for.

well i know what i did and im taking it fine, i didnt argue with the cops or refuse
they asked me first time if i had been drinking
i said yes
then they tested me.

my whole thing about the profiling is because we have been painting for the past 3 years and never had a problem never nothing
and tonight they just singled us out.

like literlaly we got there
game started
about 3 plays into the game
they just started taking people for no reason

and another thing is like i said ^^no reason.
like my friend rocco and adam were literally jsut walking down the line perfectly straight and they called them out.

I don't think that there are too many of us in this forum that have not done something like that. The only difference might be we didn't get caught. Keep your head up and everything will work itself out. Good luck to you ...it sounds like you may have a good arguement against the charge. Hope you will be back

frankly you are very lucky, imagine if you had driven to the game, you did have your keys on you, and had your license on you. your situation would be a ton worse. it looks as if everything will turn out ok. there really should be no reason to complain about cops. you knowingly broke the law.

just dont lose sleep over it and it'll be nothing before you know it.

im not complaining about the cops
im complainging about our administrators who took us to the cops

the cops were really polite and nice about it all and werent acting all big and tought o us kids.
they talked normal, didnt talk down to us or anything

the administrators are who were profiling us and stuff.

I wouldn't say they started checking for no reason. They had a reason, they were looking for underage drinking. When the police set up a check stop they aren't profiling when they pull certain people to the side for a breathalyser. The person can show no sign of being drunk, but the cops are trained to look for certain things that tell them you may be at/over the limit. You and your buddies obviously were doing something that made them watch all of you and their training didn't fail them.

Either way, I'm not trying to crap on you for it. I hope everything works out for you. The F150 brotherhood is a strong one, you'll be back. Oops sorry, I mean.

Sucks dude, I'm sorry... ****ing cops. That is way too harsh a punishment when you were not driving. I know you didn't know it, but if you know you've got booze in you, no matter what NEVER blow. Almost impossible to convict you that way.

Best wishes. I know I did my drinking in HS, just lucky I never got caught. Hopefully you get it fixed with a lawyer.

Here in GA refusing to blow is considered an admission of guilt...you don't blow you get a DUI.

Also I am not sure but I think the law here if you get caught drinking under age you loose your license for a year...its not a DUI though (obviously because you weren't driving.) My is part of the DA's office...I will ask her about it in the morning

That is true, butr still easier to fighr because they do not have an actual BAC level for evidence

It's all good, I understand your view as well. I do hate stuff like that where there are a few administrators that have forgotten what it's like to have fun, and try to teach some sort of "lesson". You weren't driving and it doesn't sound like you were fall down drunk, there was no danger to anyone. It sucks but just get it dealt with and get yourself back here. Hopefully with your f1fiddy intact.
