What? How the _ can you get a dewey in the bathroom? Seems like a decent lawyer could get you off that in a heartbeat. You don't want that especially at your age or your insurance will be rediculous for a long time. WTF does drinking at the game have to do with a DUI?? I'm lost.....and nothing irritates me more than people going overboard with major punishment of good kids for something like that. I could see getting a few days off from school but where does a driving charge come in here?

The cop was probably trying to scare you. You should get a slap on the wrist for this. A good lawyer will make sure no charges are on your record for this. What you did has nothing to do with the fact you have a vehicle and a license. You had no intent to drive and could not do so even if you wanted. Get a good nights rest, this **** will be over before ya know it

What the hell? Doesn't make sense to me. How can being drunk in public while underage have anything to do with a driver's license?

Do you have a piece of paper that says what you're being charged with?

Are you sure you got arrested? Ticket? Fine?

I'm think you'll be fine. Sleep it off and lesson learned.

The cop cant even make that decision, up to the judge. if anything happens you will get community service and thats it. No way anything more for the small infraction your charged with. Honestly the court system has bigger fish to fry, you have a BS charge and it will be shown as such by a good lawyer

cops are just trying to scare you, and they should. now you'll never do it again (hopefully). i think you'll be fine.

high school drinking should always take place off campus. there have been so many kids getting kicked out of schools around here for getting drunk or high and then coming back on campus. its just not smart.

btw....if the school has asked the cops to be on the property...then they can check who they want. That is why they can search your cars while they are in the school parking lot. Plus, the cop probably smelt the alcohol on you, thus tested you. No matter what...you are still under 21 and drinking and under the influecne on school property..you will get some kind of penalty.

Not trying to be an *** but I always find it idiotic when someone is searched (or given a breathalizer or what ever) and they are found to be beaking the law they always b:tch about profiling...hello you were doing it. Sounds like to me they checked the right group of people. Who should they have given the breathalizers to...the band geeks or ROTC color gaurd? I would say they checked you because you were the logical one to check.

Hell it maybe profiling but I hope when I get on a plain the check Mohamad a little closer than they do the 80 year old white woman that got on a head of him....profiling or not.
