The best looking women left the contest early. McPhee isn't ugly; but, she's hardly a knock out. Her voice is fine; but, she doesn't deliver songs that make you shiver from the connection either. Nobody in this years contest has for me, yet. I have to say that Pickler really stood out with "Fancy" last night. Her's was the only performance that stood out. Well, my boy TH stood out as the biggest fish out of water; but, that's not a good thing. Bucky really missed his chance to hit a home run last night. The guy sings like he's got marbles in his mouth. I couldn't understand a word he sang. Enunciate! Kenny told him what he needed to do. He should have listened.

Don't even start with me again. I'm not saying she is not a good singer (McPhee) and she is very beautiful. Picker, whatever. It's OK for you to hear the guys on here pick on her but the minute I do, it's because I'm a jealous female. As I said before, if I annoy you that much, put me on your ignore list. OK.......SCEWYOU!

 

I'm sorry. I didn't get it before; but, now I do. I try to stay out of cat-fights; so, you two ladies have at it.

Ok. I hear ya....But, if I had to choose between Picklehead or McPhee, I'd pick McPhee in a heartbeat. I cant stand to listen to that stupid act Kellie tries to pull off each week. I dont dig chick singers anyway, but for some reason, I like the sound of McPhee. I think she's hot...reminds me of my wife. Sorry Odin, but she's my type (as far as looks)....and I am not saying she sings good just because I like her butt either.

And just who are these ladies that left early? Kat has always been by far the hottest girl on there. Please don't tell me you think Melissa McGhee, Heather ***, or Stevie Scott were hotter than McPhee. The only girl that holds a candle to her was Becky O'Donahue. Now she was hot, but not any moreso than Katharine. So who was your choice?

 

No accounting for taste I guess. I don't like 'em so thick in the middle and soft as McPhee.

I wasn't talking about just the top 12 for the hottest contestants. Heather *** is hotter than McPhee? Sure; but, I wasn't thinking of her. Becky O'Donohue had them all beat hands down, for looks. Then there were Brenna Gethers, Kinnik Sky, and (Although she was too young) Ayla Brown. All better looking than McPhee by far.

 

I feel kind of ripped off after tonight. Only one I really liked was Taylor. Chris gave an ok performance to a crappy song. Bucky was sucky, but picked a good song. I can't believe nobody sang "under pressure", should have been Ace to sing it too. I don't like him, but he's the only one that could be that high for that long.

 

My rundown for tonight

Bucky - ok, the song fit him

Ace - completely borked the most famous song of all time (he's gone)

Kellie - I was hoping, but I have to give her credit, she's getting it together. Drop the dumb bit already .... Kthx

Chris - WTF dude? Yeah, you can wail, but of all the choices......Not many people are gonna get that song. It was filler material for an album IMHO.

Katherine - she did alright, needs to learn to control her voice. Was one of her better performances for me since she didn't strut around the stage.

Taylor - oh hell yeah, welcome back dude

Elliot - uhmmm, ok, whatever

Paris - I think she should really think about doing more stuff like this. To me it fit her better than this safey ballad thing. She actually wasn't boring for once.

Overall it was a little better than last week. We're slowly climbing back out of the pit that was 21st century night. If things don't get better soon this season is gonna go down as, "oh yeah, who was that person from season 5?"

 

I think it's gonna come down to Paris and Chris at the end, and it could be either one...I voted for Taylor, Just to keep him around to see what he does next...

Bucky: WTF??? Horrible.... But I'm partial to the 3-part harmonies of the original... Don't like the grunge twist he put on it at all.... (And I HATE agreeing with Simon LOL!)

Ace: I thought you were supposed to sing??!!?? Wasn't this show about SINGING??? Guess not for Ace....

Kellie: I'll never listen to that song the same again..... not a good choice for her IMHO.... good show though.

(I'm starting to think it's because I'm too much of a Queen fan myself and don't like to see the songs bastardized like that....)

Chris: Poor song choice.... just way off.... there are a dozen other tunes that would have been better choices.

Katharine: poor song choice.... we all know she can sing, but she needs to put on a show! Song was probably the best fit of the night, but this is QUEEN!!! They can't sing, but they put on a SHOW!!! That's what Queen is about!!

Elliot: One of the better ones tonight.... at least it was pleasant to listen to.

Taylor: best choice of the night, by far!! (Never realized Queen ever did that one though....)

Paris: Pretty decent show.... but she still reminds me of Hooks from Police Academy 4. :P

Predictions: Ace or Bucky. I think Ace has the heartthrob look that's going to get him a lot further than his singing ability will.
