Chris I thought was the best in my opinion tonight. Even though the Judges hated him tonight, Simon thought a little bit to much hard rock, but I liked the song he sang, and he sang it good.

Not being a creed fan, I hoped Chris would tone it down a bit. I actually thought that song was TOO hard for him. The Alt Rock power ballad thing fits him more. Tonight he looked like he was gonna burst a ******** or something. Meh, he's still my favorite. Honestly Taylor gave the best performance, but he didn't even have to try at that tonight. I agree with Simon's comment "If I had payed to see this show this would be the time I'd leave" (after Bucky's song No. 8 I think)

I totally agree with you. Although I do like Creed, I think that particular song was too hard for him also. He is still my favorite. No one really impressed me that much tonight, but I would say Taylor Hicks had the best vocals. I think Lisa will be the one to go tomorrow.

Paris Bennett sucked it up last night too. You can NOT try and do a song like that, with her jazz/lounge singer voice. She sounds the same every damned week. Then again, I don't think she should have been on the show to start with, what with having a Grammy-winning grandma and all.

She should go tonight.

I'm just glad to read that I'm not the only person here addicted to that show. As goofy as some may think that it is, I actually look forward to it.... then again, I'm goofy.

Lisa - She had another weak performance. I really used to like her, but she has not dazzled me in many weeks. She is probably going home.

Pickler - Sang the song too slow; should have sped it up some. Started off bad. I did not agree with some of the criticism sent her way, but she was not very good. Due to her country girl persona and smokin' body she will be safe. She will be the least talented of singer to make it to the top 4 or 5.

Ace - the guy is cheezy beyond belief, but I though he sounded better than usual. Would love to see him go, but he is safe.

Taylor - The guy is good. Another strong perfromance. Safe and likely in the top 3.

Mandisa - The judges were too hard on her, but she is such a good singer she is totally safe. Likely top 4 candidate.

Bucky - I actually thought he was decent and I usually enjoy his performance. He will not win this contest, but I hope he gets through this week. He's in trouble, though.

Chris - He sings well. I think for 'strategic' purposes he should have mixed it up and sang something other than a hard rock song, just to prove he can. He is safe and still the favorite, IMO, but he took a step backward.

Paris - Can't stand her but she's talented and I thought she sounded good. She is safe.

McPheever - She is so hot I can't contemplate the thought of her going home. She sounds good, too. I think she will make top 3 or 4.

Elliot - Liked the song and performance. I think he is too boring to win, but he is safe for now.

Bottom 3:

Lisa, fine for the BOTTOM three.

Ace, he should be gone by now anyway.

BUT...

Katharine????? Bucky should have been standing and should have went home. America needs to see through his crappy singing and vote him off.

EDIT: Had it in there that Lisa should be in the FINAL 3. Oops!

I think Katharine was a victim of everybody thinking she was safe. It's happened in every season at least once that someone got dropped because they gave an "ok" perfomance and people voted for other people they wanted to see stay that had a bad night. It shows, to me, that she doesn't have a strong fan base, like say picklehead.

Pickle just needs to end herself. She picked a crappy song, the corniest of country songs. Next week is going to see her through though, as they are doing the Country theme. She'll pick some Martina McBride song, butcher it, smile and ditz her way through, and be safe.

Next week ought to be interesting. Bucky and Pickle are okay, since they're country anyway. Daughtry will probably pick a song by a country group that is near rock, and do it "his" way. Taylor should be okay, if he chooses correctly. Elliott, Mandisa, Ace, Katharine, and Paris will have to choose very wisely. I don't see Elliott, Mandisa, or Paris doing well at all next week. Then again, I could care less to see any of those three perform.

GO McPhee!

I was thinking the exact same way with everything you just said. Chris will definitely sing country rock. I really hope Picklehead (haha) goes. She is really getting on my nerves. The only thing I disagrees with you is this:

GO Daughtry!
