Just for the record, I haven't roped a goat nor wore cowboy boots.

I wore a dress once but, that was as weird as it got, never cowboy boots.

( I could dance better in the dress but, then I could always dance better than the typical white guy. With the dress I was like way better.)

What part of "making fun of someone" don't you understand?

It has to do with . . . you what, never mind . . . you're too fixed on the obvious to understand the subtleties that underlie it.

Raoul -

I always suspected you were a great dancer. I remember that disco picture of you.

But Raoul, would you not have to admit that you are not the typical goat herder? I owuld think not too many goat herders wear dresses, but then again, what do I know. I am only familiar with the Texas and New Mexico goat herders and most of them wear boots.

wow, this thread has gotten big. i haven't read it in ages, i also don't feel like going back to read it.
Also they are not goat ropers, we call them K-mart cowboys.

So my new question,
is it possible to combine two companies, one is non union and the other is union. the reason i ask in the company i work for just spent over 350 million for a company that was going down the drain. my company will not go union ant the other company is in Pittsburgh, a union town.

You should. Read a little bit here and a liittle bit there. It's well worth your time. We've covered tons of topics from Newtonian Physics, to sex ettiquette, family matters, financial issues, travel questions, and someone even brought up their inability to deal with their homosexuality . . . (yeah, I know . . . but what are you gonna do?) You might learn something and be inspired to come up with some really great question about life the universe and everything (by the way, the answer to that would be "42").

Sure, it's possible. It may not be pretty, but it's possible. Why? What are you worried about? Because underlying your question is something that troubles you. What is it? Go ahead . . . ask . . . we won't laugh.

Dear Russell -

Not to be a jerk, but this thread is not the place to ask a question of "Anybody", hence the name "Just Ask Kobi"™ (which now takes on a more varied meaning).

If you are asking me, then I would be glad to help.

However, choosing the right Halloween costume is an important decision and it should be tailored to you personally, exemplifying and accenting your personality, beliefs, and looks. It should make a statement. To just take a topic that recently came up in an online forum and turn it into a costume idea is cheap and easy. Although . . . dressing up as a "goat roping, dress wearing, chevy driving, boot wearing, down and dirty concrete city dude" (nice use of the word "dude" there by the way) is pretty funny, and, may actually work. You could also dress up as a . . . well, never mind.

To choose the penultimate costume, I need to know a bit more about you. How tall are you? Are you thin build, medium build, heavy build? Which age range 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, over 50? Do you live in the city part of Vancouver or the rural part?

Also, pick a number between 1 and 10 . . . ok what is it?

Quickly, and honestly, answer this question . . . Is American Football gay?

Get back to me with the answers to these questions and I can come up with the perfect costume for you.

K-

And son he aint kidding!!!!

I know Kobi will follow up and finish his answer when Lees99f150 follows up. Right now Kobi is either playing pshyc to insure proper answer with out forth coming un-needed information in his answer. Or he is buying time to research and double check his initial answer to insure proper information is given.

Ohhhhh the anticipation is kiling me! But I dare not for I know my head would get bit off again!

Couldn't prove it by the weather here the last few days.

Got to 89º here today.
I've been wearing shorts and a t shirt for atleast the last week straight.
Had a few days that I thought fall had arrived, but we are in what the old timers here call an Indian Summer. I'm hoping it doesn't get cold before the leaves get a chance to change for us.

As for the weather, fear not, it will come, and when you least expect it. At that time you'll wish you still weren't wearing those shorts . . . which will be good, because your neighbors called and they don't like seeing you dressed that way. Boney, blinding, bright white legs . . . you're scaring them, dude.

Speaking of weather. Last night it started raining (and we're talking Biblical proportions here), and thunder like I have not heard for many, many years. And the thunder kept up all night and throughout most of today. The temperature went from 90 to 60 in the span of one day. Supposedly more on the way tonight. Very cool (as in awesome!).

Dear Kobi,
Do you think when you are in your fifties you will phrase that question the same, or might it read:
'Which age range 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, 50-60 over 60?'

Lumping the 50 with the 90 year olds never bothered me before in my whole life. Now, it gets me kind of ticked.

Also, I read that Sixty is the new Forty, is this true?
