We think there might be a little leak on the drivers header gasket, but we ran out of time to do anything to fix it.

Yeah the leak is pretty depressing. We ran into some install issues and the passenger side took an eternity but we got it done. The odd thing is the leak seems to be on the driver's side, which went in in like 30 minutes start to finish. Kind of depressing to do all that work and may end up having to redo a side, but good thing it's the driver's side. I think I'll take it by the exhaust shop and see if they can pinpoint the leak, since it was dark last night and we couldn't do anything about it, plus we were pretty darn spent. :o

It's really not as loud as I thought it was going to be driving it normally inside the cab. When you romp on it though, that's a different story. I'm sure it will scare small children.

The leak is substantial. The truck sounds like a choo choo steam train on acceleration. Oh well, it'll get fixed. :o
