Im thinking I might end up going with this kit.

Any idea how it will work out on my truck?

2007 F-150, Supercrew with the 5.5' bed....All compatible and whatnot?

Im leaning toward this kit, assuming all is compatible
That's what I have, except an 05. Here's a link to where I got mine.

http://www.woodhousestore.com/servlet/Detail?no=1017 The pic is of the legal system, only difference is the off road system has a smaller muffler.

Salesman is Mike Roth. Here's his email. He'll answer any questions and is a great guy. mroth@Woodhouse.Com

Oh and since you're in Cali, I'd check and see if that kit is OK to run there before I bought it. Maybe ask Mike Roth for advice.

From what I read the technical difference between the "Legal" & "Off Road" systems is the amount of sound deadening material in the muffler, other than that, they are identical.........

the legal system has sound abatement in the tips as well- the off-road has 4" clear tips (just shiny stainless steel) the legal tips reduce down to 2 inches or so interior clearance due to some 'muffling' etc...

The tips. I need to adjust a smidge.

Hanger shot.

No tire fire here, plenty of clearance.

You will find that after driving with this exhaust for several months, you are gonna ask yourself, How did I get along with out this exhaust? It makes driving the F-150 so much more fun! Trust me, it will get louder, in time, my legal Roush did, & I like it, I even get a little popping effect on startup, sounds so mean.................
