The Roush systems sound and look awesome. I plan to get one when I can con the wife into letting me. Great price also.

Does anyone know if there is a difference in hp/torque between the offroad and legal systems? Is there a difference in possible mpg gains? Is it necessary to have a programmer with exhaust systems. I know is is when you have a intake system.

Man I'm glad I read this thread. I just started to search tonight for options on a new exhaust for my 04 F150.. I'm already sold on the Roush Offroad Exhaust!

I'd order it right now, but want to wait a week because I just spent the past two weeks in bed recovering from surgery, so this weeks' paycheck is going to be a little too light, lol. Man I can't wait.. the sound clips are great, and I'm sure it sounds even better in person.

I got Maggies right now and Im ready for that Roush OFFROAD!! Since they dont sell just the mufflers, do i have to order through Borla?? Will it sound weird with two 10" Borla mufflers?? They are 10" on the ROush right? Anybody have sound clips for true dual borlas? That would be a good help. Thanks

I also only have 3 inch tips....If they are bigger, say 3.5 or 4" will that make a noticable change in sound/tone?

So does anyone know if it is possible to fit this system on a regular cab 05 F150?
I know that the Roush Nightmare thats a regular cab has it on it, but i went to my roush dealer and they told me that i wont fit.

I really want the Roush off road on my truck.

According to ROUSH the exhaust is good for 10 HP's......Believe it or not I feel like it runs better when I am up to Highway cruising speeds since I put on the exhaust!..........

will this fit on the 97-03 extended cab short bed models?
and do they make any other kits, maybe the lightning style exhaust exit before the rear wheel.

I just installed my Roush Off Road exhaust today. I'm glad i went with this one instead of the "Legal" one. I love the sound.

I can't see doing it with a jack on the driveway. I'm lucky I have access to a shop with lifts here on base.
