I asked how long delivery would be and told him how much mounting depth I needed and I get a response just today 2 weeks later saying that yeah, they should fit my mounting depth. Seems their dealers are really on top of it. 2 weeks ago, I might have been interested.

Something else I noticed, this thread started with me asking Bryan about the C2K amps. Now here I am 8 months later, looking at buying them again. Full circle is correct.
You should have emailed Nick at SI...2-3 days turn around max.

Dare I say it again???? I TOLD YOU SO!!!!

Haha, ahhhh yes yes. I dont know whats better, not being able to find the computer, or finding it and posting, then waking up and getting to read your post the next day.

Someday we shall all get together and, as my buddy says, "Drink untill we cant feel feelings".......then go on a posting rampage!

You love saying that don't you. But, you are right, is that what you want to hear

I am actually going to email Nick to see if he can get me a mounting depth on them. But, I did email him before and he just directed me to low-hertz to buy them.

I am trying to give him a false sense of security

I have not committed to the Zap's,(that almost sounds bad), yet. I have a couple of leads on a 2.5x, 3.0x and a pair of 2.0x amps now but, nothing firm. I am still debatting the sub solution and need to make sure if I switch amps, whatever subs I get will work. The BM may be out because I keep reading that they work best in ported enclosures. I wish I would not have had such a nightmare with Adire the last time I used the Koda. The new Koda looks great. Right now, I am down to the IDQ or maybe the Koda's.

The new pics are under "audio". They start at the pic with the box standing on its end. I made all the trim panels to make it look better instead of having gaps between the box and the floor and I upolstered it in black vinyl( was just covered in black fleece) + I have the refrence 350.2 installed. 350.2 is on the comps and the z400 is on the subs. 100 watts/channel to the the comps and 300+ to each IDQ.Doubled the power to the comps and I almost tripled the power to the IDQ's and Damn did they ever come to life.

Sweet!!!!!!

I am really close to a deal on a pair of C2K 2.0x amps. They are rated at only 50 x 2 but, will do 200 x 2 @ 1ohm and 400 x 1 @ 2ohm. I am thinking about running one on my subs for 200 watts each and then the other to my 2 ohm Chameleons with 100 watts. I know the Chameleons need more but, I am going to try and see how they do. I will still need at least one more amp to power rear and center. A 2.5x would be nice. I still have not heard from my seller on the 2.5x and 3.0x lead. I am almost sold on a pair of 10" D2 IDQ subs. But, I am still debatting trying to squeeze 12" subs under there. The 12" IDQ is only .5" deeper. Got to find that .5" somewhere.
