that day at Gateway International was BS... ive been using nitrous for a long time and theve never asked for a firesuit..but it is one of their requirements though...but im gonna get one after my build just in case.. like $60 from jegs

Your motors doing fine isn't it? Yea , you really can't say anything negative or bad about your trans.... It's earned the right to retire I would say

yeah my motor purrs fine, i just wish troyer would "fix" that damn idle issue. or atleast consider making a modification to the tune for it.

joey, are u going to go nuts with a L now?

im thinking about buyin an old F100 with a 9" rear on it. plenty of under hood room.

Well I did it this time. slicks, torco, nice cool night... Racing a bad *** 383 camaro, we take off side by side, he lifted the front tire about 3", I hit 2nd gear and it just bounces off the rev limiter, acts like its in neutral, then I hear all kinds of grinding/howling noise, and smell tranny fluid, then it catches back. now it wont go into second hardly, and when it does it SLAMS in gear...

man, you guys (built54 and klitch) are making me want to build my tranny then tackle the engine, but since the engien is in the works allready I guess I won't put it in until the tranny is ready for it...

Joe sorry about your loss, imagine what your truck will do with a good tanny and a transbrake
