A simple use the V10 ones as they bolt right on or use the V10 engine side and the F-150 bottom would suffice. It would be of enormous help to any others that plan on the swap to know what to do.
I always willingly provide all the information that I can to help others on this site. The notes on a 4.6 to 5.4 swap are kept in a WordPerfect file. I provide copies of it to anyone who asks. Nothing is kept secret and the file is constantly updated when new information becomes available. The difference between you and I is that I have to purposely act like a ****. To you it comes naturally.

Regards

I wish I was the organized. I thought about documenting it while i was doing it but was more focused on finishing and driving it. The other response and yours are kinda close. If you like i will spoil the fun. The motor mount process is this.

Take the left 5.4 mount put it on the right side of the v10 upside down and take the right 5.4 mount and put it on the left side of the v10 upside down. On the left side (side that had the oil cooler beast of a thing) make some dowl type shims about an inch or so and put them between the engine and mount. It bolts in pefectly centred and a perfect hight. I was shocked to hell. It was late a night and i was just screwing around for fun and presto. I ended up going to a remote oil filter setup so i could use a bigger filter. The oil filter/lower rad hose manifold off the 5.4 fits right on.

The beauty of modular engines.

Oh and several people have pm'd me over the last year and i have given them what ever info they asked for. Just dont have it well documented so nothing to really post. I will document the next one. Probly will do it to my new truck in a few years if i can come accross a low mileage 3v v10 again.

Ok all, I have a 1997 F150 4X4 with a 4.6 that just cracked a head or something, it is full of water and I decided to just change the motor. I have found a V10 truck it is a 2000 and a no egr motor, with 68,000 miles.
Question 1: will all my accessories bolt on since these are modular.
Question 2: I thought you had to pull the cab to change the motor. Not a big deal to me, but it did not look like camdenlake did this. Cut the radiator support?
Question 3: I have the 4R70W transmission, so repin the connectors?
Question 4: Electric fans, out of a fwd car? 2 of them 1 on temp 1 on a/c?

This is a really cool thread I must say. I am also thinking of doing a V10 swap on my truck, and I got a lot of ideas and cool suggestions from this thread.

You bet. Been running Ford strong for a while now . Its good fun. Got lockers front and rear. It works so well Ford really should have offered this option. Fuel economy is great. Far better than the 5.4. Now if you keep on the go pedal it will use some fuel.
