Hey Jbrew try this one out....

well i was gonna do a 4.6 > 5.4 but couldnt find any smaller 5.4 badges on the internet (google and ebay) I guess that means no one really wants to show off their 5.4s

he made 510 RWHP and 560RWTQ @10PSI with 15 degree of total timing. thats more than the 5.4L GT500 makes with different cams better flowing heads. more boost and a larger blower... 4.6> 5.4

Hey fella's, I purchased some more COP's and injectors, PS pump, AC compressor off a dude on ebay - The stuff came off a 4six crate motor and I threw a bid on this because I didn't have to pay shipping with everthing combined. Hell!, I can't use it, anybody need one ?

HI!... Actually your wrong. A 5.4 is NOT a bored out 4.6. The 4.6 and 5.4 use the same bore of 3.552. Both engines use the same piston diameter. The 5.4 is stroked with a taller deck height than the 4.6.
- 4.6L STROKE = 3.543
- 5.4L STROKE = 4.165
- 4.6L ROD LENGTH = 5.9331
- 5.4L ROD LENGTH = 6.6575
- 4.6L STROKE = 3.543
- 5.4L STROKE = 4.165
