picked myself up a little toy today. Went and bought a DA orbital buffer.
6" random orbital buffer

so far, have used a paint sealer. i will try the "best of show" wax soon. I think I should have got some different wax as a cleaner, but all in all I think this is something I could use alot!

Hey, did you guys get the bikes home? I ride a custom VTX 1800 myself. I have had several different metric cruisers and have enjoyed most of them, was not a big fan of a vstar 1100 but that was mostly becuase of the issues that bike had. I have had two Kawasaki Mean Streaks and really liked those. Mine is actually on craigslist now, considering moving to a Victory Hammer or Jackpot if I get mine sold. We will have to go for a ride. Later

Yep - got the bike home safe and sound.....well, almost all of the bike home anyways.......somehow I already managed to loose the key!!
It was in my pocket and I made 2 stops on the way home. I'm guessing when I pulled my truck keys out the motorcycle key came out with the truck keys and fell out???? Anyways - gotta get some new keys made now before I can ride it. lol

We will have to go riding for sure! Sounds like fun - I don't know anyone else that has a bike around.

Hey, both very sweet bikes! I really like the M109r in white, I saw one with a blue racing stripe that looked really sharp. I lost the key to my Ninja back in college, extremely annoying!! My current bike is below. I have had it for 2.5 years but I just got off the phone with a guy that is coming to look at it tonight and seems really interested. I already have a few possibilities on the next bike so we can still go riding eventually!

Yeah that is a sweet looking bike! Did you do most of the customizing on it yourself?? Man I can't wait to go riding!! Just got my replacement key. Gave the keycode to Lincoln Lock and they cut a key so hopefully it works when I get home tonight.

Good luck on your sale! Just make sure to get something else so we can go riding!

The fat tire kit and rake were done, I bought it after it was laid down on the right side. I replaced the headlight, exhaust, air intake, and a few small things. Have fun riding and be safe!

It is gone, kind of hard to believe, guy showed up, liked it and handed me a cashiers check for full asking price, never had that before! Now I am looking for the next one. Below are a few I am looking at if I decide to go all out, I should probably go with something a little cheaper but we'll see! Did you get yours out?

Cool and congrats on the sale! Just make sure that the cashier's check is legit. I learned the VERY hard way on a sale when I was in Oregon. Guy gave me a cashiers check. 1 week later the bank called me up and said it was fake. I lost all the money and the bike. You can have the bank call the issuing bank to make sure it's legit when you go to deposit it too. I didn't get enough info to give to the police as far as who the buyer was. So make sure you keep his phone number and whatever else info you have on him. Now when I sell something high-dollar, I get everything from driver license # to address to phone numbers, email addresses, etc. Never can be too safe!

I really like the Raider! I was just looking at them at Star City a few weeks ago. They sit comfortable. I like the looks of them. But that Jackpot looks pretty sweet too! Looks a bit more customized but I'm sure the same can be done with the Raider too. Hope you get another one soon and keep us updated!

Finally! Got to take my bike out for it's maiden voyage last night. It sure is different then the previous crotch rockets that I've owned. I found myself initially trying to put my feet on the footbags straight below me or even slightly to the back but then quickly found out that they are out in front of me! Got a good 1/2 hour ride in to get the feel of things. Sure is fun! Plenty of power too - enough to get your heart pumping anyways! Now if this damn rain would just quit.......
