Looks like some good bikes guys! I have been crazy busy looks like everyone has. Hoping things will slow down a tad here soon, there is not enough time in a day for all I have to get done.

Yea weekend was good. Cruised around Branched Oak Lake on Saturday afternoon. Went another 75 miles on Sunday. Other than that, with homework now for my emt-b class - I don't have much free time during the week at all so weekends are my relaxation days now unless I'm working that Saturday.

Pic from Branched Oak Lake:

Very nice indeed.

On a side note, truck is at Woodhouse getting manifold leak fixed, and possible cam phaser issue looked at. Great thing I bought that fancy extended MBP warranty when I bought out my lease. Getting all sorts of hassle with this.

So far, day 3, and I think the extended warranty co has looked at my truck more than the service mechanic. No truck for the weekend.

No truck for the weekend? Are you kidding? Cam phazers take maybe 4-6 hours at most. Why did thy say it won't be done there is still 2 full days of work left this week?

Most extended warranty companies will send out an independant inspector to verify the complaint before they spend X amount of dollars. MBPi is a very good extended warranty company - I rarely have any problems working with them. I will agree however that it does delay the whole process when you are waiting for an inspector to show up then waiting for the final authorization from the warranty company then finally being able to work on the vehicle. If it's already been inspected by the adjuster they should have an answer tomorrow at the latest. Which should still give them plenty of time to complete the repairs before the weekend.

Bottom line - next time bring it to me and I'll get you hooked up.
j/k

well, the inspector has to go back out again tomorrow for some reason. I dropped it off on Monday, the inspector didn't get there until Tuesday am to "hear it" before they would let them tear into it. Then they were questioning the service records, since I don't always take it to the dealer for service, they think I don't change the oil. That took most of yesterday to get any movement. Then they finally got the covers off, and the inspector can't get back there until tomorrow. Sometime. I'm past upset with Woodhouse and MBPi.
