Well that narrows it down to either Kansas City, Springfield, or St. Louis.
Springfield is close to the middle of the state, but the waitresses/hostesses are only fair to say the best.

its 10minutes from me, ive had this idea that they should install webcams in the local hooters, that way you can go onto their website click on your city and watch the chicks. oh man that either makes me creepy or a pure genious

Hooters sounds great to me... the one in Springfeild really isn't that bad.. Just not one of the best in the state. STL's hooters are suppose to be nice but I havent been there.
For state parks this is a nice one and it is central too. http://www.mostateparks.com/bennett.htm
There sre some around Lake Ozark too. But if we wait more than another week or so it will be to cold to do an outside event. We'll want hooters to keep us warm.

Springfield is DEFINETELY OUT!!!!! I'd hate to break it to you, but all of their shirts are from Florida Hooters
As for the Lebanon state park, it looks good, if only I could remember where Lebanon is!!! Isn't it down 44 from where I am (Close to STL)?

Ok maybe Sringfields Hooter waitresses aren't quit that bad....
I've only been to two, Springfield and one in KC. But I hear the one in STL is nice.
I'm really likeing the hooters idea becasue it is so cold. If we want to sit and shoot the breeze for several hours or late into the night... (Keep in mind even if we found a spot smack dab in the middle... then the ones on the edges are going to have to drive 2-3 hours. They dont want to come, drink a cup of coffee or adult beverage of choice for an hour then drive home.) Then we don't have to worry about getting froze out. "maybe thrown out! LOL" If we get bored of hooters and want to go somewhere else. If there is a hooters then thier are a variety of entertainment options going to be available in that area.
Yea Lebanon is about 2.5 hours west of STL on I-44.
