SVT - Welcome!

Zelen - Although Mizzou is a very good school and I like it a lot, it's engineering program isn't as good or as well known as Rollas. But the women there are fine! And from what I saw at Rolla, there is hope! You should have seen the girl working in the office! She was enough to convince any boy to come there . Also, I'll be in town this Wednesday, the 16. I have an appt. scheduled at 11. Not sure when it goes til tho.

Zelen - the tour was good. Besides the fact that we were outside for 60 mins and it was 35 outside with the wind blowing at 30 mph. And I probably only got 13 mpg on the way there because of the head wind. But, I did see some girls there I met up with a friend of mine and some of her friends. But, it looks like the freshman 15 has gotten to her . And one of her friends could have really used that extra 15 lbs she was skinny as a rail.

I really liked the cold today.
Yea the ladies at work were wearing more clothes, but they were still tight long sleeves. Lets just say apperently it was "Thanksgiving" today, because alot of turkeys were done!

I was sure giving thanks anyway.

Rolla is definitely an excellent engineering school...tough, but good. I graduated BSEE in '98 and don't regret going to UMR over UMC. That piece of paper from Rolla is like gold! I'm in the middle of both, so the distance was the same. The girls, well, my freshman class was 4 to 1 guys to girls. As the saying went: "There are tons of girls at Rolla, just not very many." That may have changed by now though. Good luck on whichever school you choose!

Oh yeah...don't forget about St. Pat's!!

Fordman - I think that the girl/guy ratio is still about the same, maybe a little better. But, from what I saw, the girls at Mizzou aren't that much better looking, there's just more to choose from . And from what I've been hearing, Rolla is gold, especially if you do a co-op.

That white fluffy stuff that comes outta the sky. Then, retared (Chevy) drivers decide that they need to go out and drive everywhere in it, cause they didn't feel like doing it when it was dry out. Just think of the advantages though. We get to slip and slide around all winter from the warmth and comfort of our own trucks, while in California and other places people pay $15 to drive on special slick tracks. Actually my truck doesn't slide all that much, I think it's because of the Revos. It will slide when I want it to . Yesterday when it snowed and I was pulling out of the school packing lot I saw the new girl from florida scraping the snow off her car, so I cranked the wheel to the right and gunned it, which made the truck turn on a dime. Her reply, "did you make the truck do that or is that how my car is gonna drive?"

We've only gotten about 1/4 inch one day so far down here.

30 miles north of me got 8" from the same storm!

Didn't get enough last year to test the truck out and see how the 2wd is going to handle either. First 2 wd I've had in 10 years and the first automatic.... pretty much ever. It may be interesting! LOL
