All of our fords are put to good use

Drove up to Sherman, Tx and picked up my Mom's new car. Got 20.5mpg on the way up there doing 75-78mph and with a AT U-haul trailer with the car, without clearing the avg mpg, we got 16.5mpg (doing 65-70mph) when we made it home and unloaded the car.

Your mom's new car? Lol. Very cool mom car. I'm not a Chevy guy, but I can definitely appreciate the classic Camaros.

There's a guy down the road from me that has a few '69's for sell for a project restore. They not in bad shape either. They all run and have 350's in them.

Nah, it's also my mom's, we had a 10 f250 that my dad bought, but when he passed away we had our 05 e150, 01 f150, 10 f250 and a little saturn car. My mom traded in the f250 and e150 for the 10 f150 3v 4.6

It is by no means a showroom quality car, it's a driver so it is kind of rough, but we will be restoring it little by little. I just went and picked up some interior parts today along with new bushings and core support. Probably going to drop it off at a friends shop to have a whole new trunk and frame rails installed since the gas tank strap mounts are rusted pretty bad. Also, we thought it was a 350 since that's what the salesman said, I ran the casting number and it's a measly 307.....what a bunch of *****. I'm pretty sure my mom will let me do a ls swap on it as it will be more reliable, powerful and increase the value of the car, instead of doing a crate 350, but we will see what happens.

Your 1st hint should have been when the salesmans nose was growing like "Jack's beanstalk". God only gave salesman a voice so they could lie, otherwise they'd look kinda funny with smooth space between the nose and chin. Course the loooooooong nose would take you mind off of the other small "oddities" like that. Salesman have to eat too so an extra long nose is a small price to pay for not having to stand on a street corner with the proverbial cardboard sign.
