Pats system bypass with a relay and non chip key

Trying to install a relay to bypass pats system. I don't know what color wire or wires to cut at the ignition switch to wire in a relay. I lost transponder keys and only have a non chip key.

Get it towed to a Ford dealer or call a locksmith. A chip key has to be cut and programmed. Proof of vehicle ownership will be required.

Nah, he just needs two chip keys cut to his mechanical key, then they need to be programmed in. Once the new keys are cut, Forscan can handle the job.

Any decent locksmith or, of course, the dealer, can do the cutting and programming, if needed.

The old "proof of ownership" only applies if an owner wants new keys cut from the VIN which, of course, won't be available for Fords over 10 years old.
