Exhaust Gasket

Quick question for those with access to better Ford diagrams than I do. Is there a gasket between the exhaust manifold outlet and the down pipe going to the catalytic converter? I looked online at Tasca and such, but they don't seem to show anything there. The exhaust manifold has two bolts that connect to the flange on the downpipe, but I don't know if a special gasket is in place there and I'd like to have all of the parts on hard to replace the manifold/studs. I already have new Ford manifold studs, manifold, manifold gaskets (2 pcs), and a Lisle stud extractor kit in preparation to fix the passenger-side exhaust leak I've had for about 9 months (I know of at least one broken stud). I have watched a video or two on the repair, and they said it's often easier just to cut through the manifold-to-downpipe bolts rather than try and free them up after 150K miles of heat and corrosion. So I may need to buy new flange bolts as well.
