I am sure any driveline shop could help you out. Bring the directions with you, and explain to them whats going on, and what you need. They will be able to balance it for you right there as well. I wouldn't want to let some average joe who has never done it try though, I would look for a driveline specialty shop, if not, then maybe a another suspension/off-road shop that is familiar with Fabtech (like a 4wp ?)

Nothing wrong with vaporizing. I just wish I still had my volcano. Long story = no more vapy for me. Also I wanted to ask, how much trouble would it be to make my non-ls a l/s? If I found a wrecked truck with l/s is it just a simple swap? I searched but found no definite answer. Only burning 1 tire all the time makes uneven wear. At least with l/s the rears will wear at the same rate.

Your best bet would be to find yourself a new LS unit. Used ones wont be worth much to ya, the clutch packs (especially Ford's) wear out pretty fast (about 60k... 40k on a SD).
You'd be better off buying a mechanical style LS unit, one like Detroit's lock-rite, or something similiar. Or even better yet, just buy a detroit locker. Can't beat em. And as long as your keeping your stock Ring and Pinion, the swap is CAKE ! Just a matter of marking EVERYTHING !!! Once you get this far, feel free to PM or e-mail me and I will help ya out.
(did you break your Vocano ???? I just use the Vapir One. Cheap and easy... the way I like em ! )
