Cheaper than the gas station food or the food from the choke and pukes...better for ya.....
Let's start over......
Grandson's team suffered their first loss last night. Hard to beat a team in 6 man that is bigger, faster, meaner, kicks better and passes better. It was a good game, ended up 32-20. Lot of defense for a 6 man game. Was a long day, but fun.

When I was back in Minnesota last weekend I was amazed at how my 88-year-old mom was able to fill her week with things other than work! Between her twice-a-week card games, checking-in on her older sister in the nursing home, keeping the house clean, setting aside time to watch the Twins games every night on TV, and all the other errands associated with life I'm trying to figure out where she ever found time to work full-time all those years!
On top of that, between the various churches and community organizations in our hometown that put on "freebie" Senior Citizen dinners she pretty much doesn't have to cook her evening meals during the week and gets to stay in touch with her circle of "gray hair" friends since they all pretty much take advantage of these events as more of a social outlet than the free chow!

Thanks jim. She responded last night to her daughters. With absent sanity and in a very low volume though. Her heart rate was quite high, blood pressure quite low. They were gonna do a cat scan..mom is on the phone with the hospital as I type, from what I'm overhearing they're gonna do another one. I'm not sure what to make of it all
Sorry to hear that...praying that she can recover.
Yeah -- that was a lot of driving for one day! I can't imagine what it must be like to have the spare time to do crazy things like that -- gives me something to look forward to in retirement!
