Took the silencer rings out of the intake tubes. Now I can hear the turbos whistle without stomping on the gas pedal But I'm still afraid they may have been there for a reason (the "tornado" theory), so I may chicken out and put them back in.

I wonder if they're used to also baffle the air to get a more even flow into the turbo

during our vacation I was enlightened on just how much the boy is attached to his phone which is an iPhone 5.....and I know iphone 5 have crappy battery life...

He was begging us to turn on our hotspots so he wouldn't go over his data limit and he was constantly hooked to a wall outlet whenever possible..

So this weekend i linked into opendns.com to help track and control what he uses the home internet for.....omg...mr video chat junky... I'm giving his mother the report tonight...

Of course he's uterly pissed cause last night was the first night and he couldn't figure out what was going on when the blocked screens were popping up at his every attempt...

But it allows us as parents to help limit his usage

I always had a suspicion but now it confirmed with hard evidence....

Btw way it now shows me in chi town instead of so dak...with a different ip and dns

I like the Tesla but I'm not into the battery. There needs to be a break through in battery technology in general. Their getting close

Agreed....

The other thing is what I'm trying to understand is this

All those ecofreaks want to shrink their carbon footprint ....so they go out and buy one of these...so what's the carbon footprint of that battery???or what's the environmental impact if it doesn't get recycled????

Probably less than fossil fuels but there's still something toxic left

They increase vorticity to the turbo's thus increasing power. The tornado theory is pretty damn close!!
