Figure we may head up to Durant Oklahoma saturday to the Choctaw Casino to see if its any better. Just a fun little weekend away from the kid. First time in over a year. I'm ready

The first Raptor BFG's were the TA/KO's 315x70x17 and a D rated tire. The new KO's in the 315 size are E rated and may ride a little rougher. ProComp tires in the last few years have sort of taken a drop in popularity on the different sites compared to BFG..Toyo..Nitto and Coopers. I had one set of Pro Comp AT's and only used them for spares..did not put enough miles on them to make a judgement. I did run some 315x70x17 TA/KO BFG's on my '04 Lariat and were quite pleased with them. From what I hear from my son in law the KO2's are even better. Your Raptor wheels have the ideal specs to run such a large tire to eliminate rubbing in the front no matter which tire you chose. Personally I would go with the BFG's. Good luck with your decision.
Here's my '04 with the 315's on 17x8 wheels with 5.5 inches of backspacing. No rubbing with these wheels.
I forgot you had that same setup!
Thanks for the feedback guys. I've decided to go with the BFGs. Despite the fact that everyone seems to own them, I've never actually had a set, and the new KO2s are sharp. I kept going back to them. Plus I know they are highly regarded. Getting them installed tomorrow, and putting my Nittos on my dad's Ram 2500. I'll be sure to share when it's done!
BFG KO2s are on! Absolutely love the look and feel of these tires. Can't believe they fit so perfectly. No rubbing of any kind, and they ride much smoother than my old Nittos. Very happy with the decision. They are 315/70R17.
