You stand up for yourselfs????
I thought you guys said thats why you like the union becasue it stands up for you?
If the sitution or conditions don't meet your requirments.... why not take your training you recived and use it to help the competition?
I just dont understand the victim mentality.

As far as the victim mentality, those in non union shops are the victims, not us.

Employment is nothing more than a business agreement between you and a company. A business agreement has to be mutually beneficial. If it is not then either party should and can terminate the agreement unless contractually bound. So that means that if at any point you fail to meet thier expectations, they should terminate the agreement with you..... If at any point they fail to meet your expectations, then again you should terminate the agreement with them.
