Tips are ordered! Double wall slant cut 12"x5" Gonna look aggressive yet classy. Gonna order the stinger, cats ( I'm gonna be the Guinea pig for these) and mandrel bends and y pipes over the coming 2-3 weeks. I think it's gonna be one of the meanest sounding fords in my area. I'm really excited

Lightning style exit? And stingers are the S-type correct?

I turned the truck on with the tips and wow its much deeper. Unfortunately they are too wide for the way roush angled each pipe. So I'm thinking do 2.5 out and just have the tips mounted on a y pipe like a corsa styled tip.

Gonna be switching to 99236Hm's. From my research they appear a better choice seeing as they're replacements for hemi rams. Metal substrate instead of ceramic so more resilient than ceramic. Same size but round bodies.

Let us know how that works, I'm going to go with a 24" pro xs and if it's too quite ill be touching the cats. I'm tired of the in cab noise of the magnapack and I would prefer to listen to the toyo's against the pavement

The S-type muffler is real exciting to look forward to when you write a review, but to me personally, I can not wait for the review on the cats! Just looking at them they look louder than the oval body 94000 line up. Being a metal loaded catalyst I imagine it will do a better job at filtering gases when fully warm. But I still have pondered thoughts on whether they may or may not quiet the loudness down.
