I'm going to see if my dad will let me do his headlights. I'm sure it will look nice with the stealth bulbs.

His truck is a charcoal gray STX.

im probably just gonna do the black. maybe, i'll think of some cool color scheme to do though to make it a little more unique then just black. i'll see what i can come up with to make it look cool. i'll show you what i come up with. maybe it will take this guys thread to new lengths.

well, i tryed to take my headlights apart today, i baked them, and then tried, and still nothing, so i baked them a little longer, and still nothing. i baked those suckers until the plastic itself was almost flexible, and i still couldnt get them apart. i dont know what the hell its gonna take to undo the lights. it looks like the factory seal was just blasted on the lights cause it was oozing out of the pull tabs before i baked them. i couldnt even get my lights loose. is there some screws or something that im supposed to pull?

You have to man handle them! Grab 2 screwdrivers,Jab one into it. grab the other one and just pull the hell out of them. My first one took 2 hours second one took maybe 5 minutes. Dont give up

yeh, i was really trying, but it seemed like i was leaning more towards breaking the light rather then them pulling apart. is there any screws i need to take out or anything else holding it together?

I did mine last night/this morning. I spent an hour getting the first one apart and another 30 minutes on the second one. I was very nervous about doing this. I'm glad I did. So far all is going well. The sealant is drying right now. I plan on putting them on tomorrow afternoon. I will post some picks. Kind of a pain but worth it.

who's oven did you use?
my Dad would never let me use his, and the girlfriend gave me a really dirty look when I mentioned baking headlights.

I think the ebay option was the easiest on my nerves and wallet.
