Ahhhh yes. After living with my home made creation for a week or two now, and after going through a high powered "No touch" car wash...... it looks as if I'll be taking them BACK out and sealing just a little bit more....... I've got some sweet condensation going on inside the lenses. I went more than a week without a problem. Chilly mornings were no match for the silicone I used. Must have been that forced water. Oh well
Just another reason to go work on my truck!

Oh yeah,
Here is my first car, got it in 94 from original owner. Its a 66 with original drivetrain. I just finished building a 331 stroker and new tranny for it. Going to bag original stuff. Original motor still std bore, this thing was babied.

bluescrew, nice job on the lights they look great. I have done this before on other vehicles of mine and it is a cheap way to change the look. guys it is a little nerve racking at first but just take your time and it will turn out fine.

My car is leaving the body shop next week with a cowl hood, fiberglass shelby style decklid and absolutely no rust. It will be the same white but the stripes will be the 67 super snake stripes (red). It already has all new rear, disc brakes, interior and supension. Finish paint and motor is all that is left. Sorry got this OT!!

Lights look great, but the fog lights in the grill look "aftermarket" for sure.

I'd think black would look nice. Not having seen you truck, I'd say yellow HL would be too much yellow.

when you do a color for the headlights, the color seems to be a shade off or two from the color of the truck. it comes out dull from what i have seen. i never attempted though. so if you do go with yellow, do like a primer in white or sumthin so it pops when u do the yellow so it wont look like msutard and put a clear so its shinny. i would go with black though or if thats too dark, go with that charcoal gray thats on your truck. post a pic
