I can't wait. I'm trying to find reviews of their tunes to see which one to try first. 5 Star lists their Performance/Tow tunes as being the best overall. So I'll probably give the 87 Octane Performance/Tow tune a try first. I'm hoping they get the tire size right as I know the Trail Grapplers aren't a true 295/60R20. In the calibration request form I tried to clarify this by giving them the actual dimensions of the tire, so we'll see how that turns out.
I'll be in the same boat regarding getting the tires right I have 295/60/20 Nitto Terra Grapplers hope they get the speedo right. Let me know how it turns out

Unless things have changed, you do the tire calibration after you load the tune.

New ones have it written right into the code, but I do believe you can change it afterwards.

I'm actually gonna need to find out if that's 100% the case, cause I'll have that issue with my tunes in a few months.

John from Stage 3 just called me to clear everything up with the tunes. They are changing their website to reflect what everyone on here cleared up for me about the Performance/Tow being one package. So here is what I am getting instead:

Custom Tune 1: 87 Octane Performance/Tow Tune
Custom Tune 2: 87 Octane Fuel Economy
Custom Tune 3: 91 Octane Performance/Tow Tune
Custom Tune 4: 93 Performance/Tow Tune
Custom Tune 5: 93 Performance Tune

i would do the 93 Performance, But then again if you load that tune first then you wont want to go to the 87 perf/tow... I ran the 91 performance first (dont have 93 octane here) then a month later switched to the 87 perf/tow and it wasnt near as much fun. So immediately went back to the 91.

2 weeks ago i was getting some weird noises coming from the engine on the 91 octane tune, i switched it to stock and the noise went away. Now im running the 87 perf/tow with no problems. Hoping i just got some bad fuel or something.. Would sure like to go back to the 91 tune though.

Hey man, ive read the whole thread twice, quick question. When you make those small changes....IE interior LED, puddle lamps, ect ect you never mention installation time, are these quick and easy things ?

Thanks for reading. The interior LEDs (map and dome lights) take about 15 minutes tops for the swap. Extremely easy to do. The only thing of note is that when prying off the cover on the map lights, it can feel as though you are going to break the plastic. Just pry in the right areas and take your time. The puddle lamps were REALLY easy because I bought a brand new enclosure with the LEDs already installed. It was as simple as prying out the old puddle lamp enclosure, unplugging it, and installing the new enclosure.

Thanks for the reply, I just upgraded 2001 to 2011, ha! With that being said your thread has given me a laundry list of things I'd like to do/try. If I go broke I believe I will blame it solely on this thread.

Truck looks great btw

Haha. Happy spending! It truly is an addiction. Just don't tell my wife that I have admitted to that.

And thank you!

It all depends on the size you want. The reason it probably says it is unavailable is because it is going by your stock size (275/55R20), which they don't offer in the Trail Grappler. If you want to go bigger (depending on how big), you may need to level/lift. I got the 295/60R20 and have a 2" level. I still rub at full lock on the UCA. I think the smallest size tire for a 20" wheel that they offer is 275/65R20. I "think" you might be able to fit those without a level/lift.
